Called the Falconer office mid-​morning and the receptionist asked if it would be OK for someone to come by this afternoon to unclog the drain. Very pleased with their service. The men that showed up were extremely professional and nice. They determined that the problem was a simply fix that didn’t require them to do anything, so they didn’t try and sell me unneeded service. They also didn’t charge for the visit. Highly, highly recommend them!
