The doctor here has always been very nice, but the receptionist is quite the opposite. She had a bad attitude and was very sarcastic with me for no reason. I simply set an appointment at the wrong location and she made me feel like I put her out drastically and purposely made me feel like I wasn’t wanted there.
Well, fine. You won’t see me again.

I come here all the time when it gets to the point where my eye strains and am forced to get new prescription and glasses. Dr Nwachukwu is a very nice lady. She will take the time with you when you sit down with her to get that vision corrected. I know because my wife took 3 times as long as me to decide if this lens was more clear then that lens… you know what mean!!! The office staff is nice. I forgot my insurance but they knew that I was still with the same company and so took care of it all for me. Easy to get an appointment too.

Talk about Incompetent Staff. My friend had made an appointment for Sunday afternoon, filled out the online paperwork etc and showed up for the appointment. Upon announcing for the appointment she was told she didnt qualify for new glasses till October. The desk help was told that special arrangements had been made thru the insurance comany due to lost lenses. She said she just got off the phone with the insurer and they said no glasses till october. She was ask to call back and assured her it was a missunderstanding. Linda then REFUSED! to call for what would have been a short straightening out of the situation.
Wow, they must have too much business. Hope the Doctor sees this review and takes action.

Went back for our annual exams and if anything these people somehow got even nicer. Dr. Nwachukwn ROCKS! Highly recomended…
