I went to this deli for lunch today. Never been there before. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy and the owner and her delightful daughter are behind the counter. They know every customers name. lots of regulars coming in and out. I had the split pea soup and the turkey club. The split pea soup was home made goodness and the double decker turkey club was amazing. When I went to pay, I didn’t realize they don’t take cards and advised the owner that I would need to go to the atm and she told me not to worry about it and to pay her back tomorrow. … what?!! Never have I been to an establishment where they have no clue who I am, and offered the opportunity to leave and come back the next day to pay. There’s only 2 tables to eat at and here is where I had my second 1st. I sat with a complete stranger named carolyn and we had lunch together. Needless to say I will be back tomorrow to pay for today’s lunch and have lunch again. :)

I love this place! Been coming here for many years. They make the best pancakes and their cod fish sandwich(avail only Friday’s and sometimes saturday) are also delish. Everyone is so friendly here. The owner is a sweetheart. Try them out!

This is such a great little deli/sandwich shop. You walk in and it has this great cozy and warm feeling to it. All the patrons are regulars and the staffs literally know each and every customer. What’s great is that they treat all customers like family. The place has great cold cuts and cheese, some of which they make their own selves! I like getting the turkey club wrap, and the portions are generous. There is fresh cookies or brownies to purchase everyday. The soup there is amazing as well. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that the deli doesn’t accept credit cards so come with cash in your pocket. There is no seating in the place and it just is a to go deli.
