Best Reflections Window Tinting

I wish I could put no stars… These people came highly recommend and I was calling to set up a birthday present for a friend. This guy said not taking anything until a week after birthday which was perfect but seemed disinterested in making appointment. I am not familiar with tinting and had some questions. He seemed very preoccupied so I asked if I should call back at better time. He stated now was fine, I proceeded to ask questions and he would respond with information no where near my question then restate my question in a belittling voice. This company was referred as the go to window tinting company, great service and quality work with a friendly and knowledgeable staff so I was very disappointed at the lack of knowledge, quality of customers service and customer relations. At the end of the call I stated I thought I would get info elsewhere because he didn’t seemed focused on my questions or willing to work on my friends car (Nissian Rogue 2015). He said I should do that and abruptly hung up. If he wasn’t willing to take time to answer questions then I don’t see him as the type to pay attention to detail.
