Jacki Borcziak

I have been struggling to find a stylist that I could call my own. I received the worst haircut I have ever had in my life back in June and I was desperate to find someone I could trust and bring me back to life. I was referred to Jacki Borcziak at Salon Lofts from a dear friend who has been getting her haircut from her for years, she even followed her to this salon when Jacki left her old salon (that must mean something right?) I am so glad I found Jacki! From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a good experience compared to my disastrous one. She listened to me lament and threw in suggestions on how she could fix my hair. She started me off with a relaxing head massage and continued the massage all the way into the shampoo, condition, and even a hand massage. I didn’t even have to get up to go to a different room to get shampooed. She had a sink right in her loft. It was a nice change. As I watched her work her magic on my hair, I noticed how her technique was far more superior than the other stylist that butchered my hair. Another thing I liked about Jacki, her products. She only uses organic products on you. She even had organic argan oil similar to Moroccan Oil which I absolutely love, but soooooo expensive!!! This Argan Oil product she had was about $ 25 (much cheaper than Moroccan Oil). I have really thick hair and Jacki managed to take the weight off, and made my round face look slimmer with her layering technique. I’m hoping to get my hair colored at my next appointment. I can’t wait!
