Swift Plumbing & Home Remodeling

I had a ceiling leak which could have been a real nightmare. Dane and partner (I’m sorry I didn’t get, or forgot, his name) were great. Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They came for an estimate but it quickly became clear that they would have to cut open the ceiling to even provide an estimate (I kind of expected that). Once they did that, they saw that the original builder hadn’t even bothered to glue the pipe join and they were surprised it hadn’t leaked more and sooner. The were able to fix it then and there rather than have me book another appointment. They cleaned up the mess (and had laid down a rubber mat to protect my floor). They were even able to give me a recommendation for someone to patch the ceiling. The women in the office (I spoke with two) were also very very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Swift to anyone or to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Terrible company. Only use them if desperate.

Great service and professionalism. Eric was very courteous and efficient. Would have given five stars but I thought $ 175 for half an hour’s work was maybe a but steep.
