After a dentist elsewhere tried to take advantage of us I came here hoping for better. I came in asking for a cavity to be filled and instead could have died & was charged for it! He screwed up and took out new fillings then said he would not fill them unless I paid him $ to fix the damage he made or he was going to leave me with holes in my mouth. He also never filled cavity despite all he did instead (without permission).
I went in for a small cavity on the side of my tooth. I sat in the chair and he put a mask on me with gas to prep me. I began to black out and took it off. He laughed and said «oops, almost o.d.‘d you», then he reprimanded an assistant for not having reminded him because it could have killed the client. He then said he was going to do the cavity but instead removed my fillings on one side of my mouth (without asking). I had just gotten them put in less than a year prior and had paid a dentist lots of money for them, and I had no issues with them. He then proudly showed me what he had done, and when I said he did not have permission to do it & he had not asked to nor mentioned doing so but he was supposed to do the cavity, he abruptly said he had not gotten to the cavity & he was going to have to leave to go shopping for presents! He was going to have me go home with many gaping holes in my teeth. He then said if I wanted the big holes in my mouth filled that I would have to pay him out of pocket hundreds of dollars for him to stay and fix them! He never apologized for the screw up, he charged me for the damage he did to my mouth, and he almost gassed me into passing out!
At checkout I complained about the treatment and having to pay, and I was told I had to pay because insurance doesn’t cover Dr. screw ups. He should have apologized and fixed them and the cavity for free after all he put me through, but no. Instead he has lost me and my family’s business. Oh. In case you are wondering, I still have the cavity and am looking for another dentist. That one will have to fix one of the fillings he put in too since it has hurt since he put it in.

Dr. Joe is the best! He is very friendly and personable and made me feel comfortable.
I got my wisdom teeth out here and went smoother than I could have ever imagined! I went to work that same night!
