They ordered me the wrong pair of glasses. Then, when I tried to explain the right ones the lady looked lost. Not a great experience. So, another week without the glasses I paid more than they advertise.

I was in need of some contacts pronto. They do take walk ins, and I was very grateful since I did not make an appointment. The tech greeted me and started me on my paperwork. The doctor was very professional. I was able to get some new contacts and ordered a new pair of glasses. The have some great packages for contacts and eyeglasses.

The price is great, but you really get what you pay for.
They initially gave me someone else’s sample contacts, so I had to make an additional trip to get mine.
When I called to ask for my prescription, they said that I had to make a purchase to get it…
Quite unethical, as I paid for my eye exam. I’d compare it to a surgeon saying he wasn’t going to tell the patient what procedure she needs unless she pays him to do it.

You can not beat the price if you only wear the glasses occasionally like I do. The staff is always pleasant, but I’m questioning the ability of the doctors. I’ve tried at least 8 different contact lens over the last two years and still…
I’ve been told that I have big eyes (but like a doe, right?!). I can’t believe that it’s that difficult to fit my eyes for contact lens; they’re not like alien eyes! Geeeeez!
The manager diagnosed me with «funny shaped eyes». Really?!
«Oh, it’s been a year since we first tried to fit you for contacts. You have to pay for a new exam and the extra charge for the special contact exam & fitting.». Really?!
Ugh! I don’t think so. Just give me a bunch of samples. Lol.
