Love the gym and the people there. Everybody is friendly and to be called and remembered by name makes it even more special. I had a few back issues and the trainers helped me a lot to fix it, to maintain my health and most important not to give up. Thanks a lot to everybody for being so nice, welcoming and helpful to me and my family. The gym is great — the spirit even better!

I’ve been to many gyms over the years and this one by far is the best. I’ve been a member for about a year and a half. I started with some small group training sessions so that I could develop the skill and strength to go further. Now, I participate in the edge group classes. My body composition, strength and balance are much improved. Something I could never achieve working out on my own. For me, 5 stars go to the staff, the small group sessions, and the edge classes, The staff are super nice and the trainers of the classes really care and look out for you so that you are adequately challenged and that you use proper form. They will also help you work around any injury you may have. For the value I get out of the gym, I find the prices very reasonable. Believe me, you will get your money’s worth. Just start and stick with it. I haven’t done any of the body comp. challenges, but they look like fun and some people have had amazing results. Oh, and the place is clean.

This is hands down the best gym in the area as far as I’m concerned. I’ve been going here almost 4 months now and have nothing bad to say. I have the regular gym membership as well as an EDGE training class membership(Group training) and it’s been amazing. All of the coaches are very friendly, take the time to chat with you and greet you by name every time they see you, and are very knowledgeable about proper movement and technique. Learning with them as different trainers lead the class and getting to know their personalities and training styles has been a real pleasure. All body types are welcome, classes are scalable to your personal fitness level, and they are always willing to help you understand the movements instead of using negative reinforcement or making you look bad in front of others. If you’re looking to be challenged with your workouts, and become part of a gym family, this is the place for you. Join the EDGE training as well, you won’t regret it.
