I contacted Biafore’s Fairmont office 2 weeks ago and received an email saying that someone would contact me and be out the following week. After not hearing anything last week, I called the Morgantown office yesterday and talked to a person who found my info and said the Fairmont office would call me back. No call. I gave 2 stars due to poor customer service and an apparent lack of necessity on Biafore’s part to make money. Unfortunately, I c annot rate their actual work.
