Rendezvous Nail Spa

Horrid. I spent $ 80 to get my nails done. There is no price list to warn you of their crazy costs. My nails are a joke. My husband laughed. I will have to go and have them redone. No way I will go back to this place to have them repaired. My 3 year old could’ve done a better job. They need filed more, she cut them down way too far and the nail extends way out of my nail bed onto my finger. I was told the wait was 20 minutes and had sat for an hour. Why I stayed I don’t know. But PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

FIRST OF ALL I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE A STAR IF I DIDNT HAVE TO. This place does not deserve to be called a nail salon seeing as it’s more to be compared to a lousy, pathetic place of business. First of all I had to come here because my normal place was packed and I thought I would give this place a chance THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE MY SECOND WAS STAYING AND GETTING THEM DONE. When I first walked in the lady said that it would be a 20 minute wait so as I waited and waited and waited AFTER A HOUR AND 45 tminutes the lady finally called me up to pick out my polish. It is July 3^rd so I wanted red white and blue nails due to the holiday. When I sat down the polish the lady started laughing and said your joking right !? You want all these different colors you must be joking please tell me your joking! I was simply stunned at the fact that a nail technician was asking me if I was joking about polish, she was obviously to lazy and not willing to please her customer ! She after all should be happy and pleased to do anyone’s nails for the fact that 1. She lied about the wait time and 2. Was so rude to a customer. During the time she was doing my nails she was about to start glueing acrylic nails on my fingers when she DIDNT EVEN CUT OR TRIM MY NAILS. I had to ask her to cut them and she seemed offended when I did. The best advice I can give is to never go here if you want a pleasant or enjoyable experience, I will not return here and will tell as many people I can if this awful business!

I’ve gotten a pedicure at this establishment, I still had skin on the bottom of my feet, the polish was terrible and the man who did my feet skimmed through the steps of a pedicure. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I know what is supposed to be done. After my service, I found out it was $ 40! I felt cheated. I returned again to get a fill in from the manager. A few nails needed to be fixed and she ending up ripping all of my acrylic off, and said it would be cheaper to just do a new full set. She was rude, seemed like she was in a rush, and kept pressing me to get gel polish or shellac, in which I kept telling her I did not want it. The full set was already expensive. Before the 2^nd week, my nails looked terrible and my nail beds were extremely damaged. I had to take a break for about 2 months before getting acrylic again! You are just money to them! They don’t care!

Ditto what everyone else said — guess I should have read reviews before going myself. Sat for 20 minutes (at 2 on a Tuesday) before even going to soak. Limited colors. $ 40 pedicure chipped after 2 days — they obviously water down the colors. Took 3 applications for a light color. Not returning.

I had a mani & a pedi. I will not go back. A few years ago I was a loyal customer. I would actually refer people to the nail salon. Not any more! If you an appointment is the morning or just doing a walk in, be prepared to wait. I waited over an 40 min for Nicole to arrive to open the door. All the stores in the mall open at 10:00. I had to wait on more than one occasion.
The service & quality of work is not good!

Do NOT go to this nail salon. I’ve gone here several times and every time the staff are rude and don’t do a good job. The wait time is too long because most of the time they don’t even notice that you’ve entered the establishment.
I was hoping to give them at least 2 stars but the staff skimp on the materials. I had to go back multiple times because they didn’t properly know how to apply shellac and didn’t fill in my acrylic nails like they were supposed to. Shellac is supposed to last for weeks and my nails lasted for a few days. Every time I went back to get them fixed, I wasn’t charged but was given the impression that it happens a lot (it doesn’t with at others salons).
Save your money and go somewhere else.

Will never go there again, Nicole did my nails with Gel Polish on Friday by Sunday the Polish was peeling. I paid $ 37. She was so focused on what her African American nail tech was not doing she was not paying attention to my nails. Now I’m inconvenienced and have to pay another $ 25 maybe more someone else to repair this mess.

I won’t go back here again. I needed a basic manicure for a wedding I was to be in the next day. When I arrived, I signed in. A woman (the manager, I presume) started yelling to me across the room as she was working on another customer’s nails. I said I wanted a manicure. She said a shellac would be better. I said no, just a manicure. She continued to argue with me in front of several customers and the staff. She rudely asked «Do you even know what a shellac is?» and I said yes, and I don’t want one. I was directed to a seat. A woman working on a customer next to my station also asked me several times if I wanted a shellac. She assured me it would last longer and was not expensive. I asked the price and I found out it was $ 20 more. I said no I only needed it to last for the wedding tomorrow. A male manicurist, who had witnessed the previous discussions sat down, and again asked me if I wanted a shellac. I said no. He said it would last longer and I said, again, I only need it to last through tomorrow for the wedding. He then proceeded with a manicure that was ok, but quick. He soaked my cuticles, but then applied cuticle softener lotion to only TWO of my fingers. My manicure was Ok, but the service was so horrible I will never set foot in this place again.
