Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice Care Center

Hopefully you don’t ever need to read a review of this place, but I am writing this review in case anybody in your life needs end-​of-​life care.
Two of my grandmothers have used this facility, and I can tell you from personal experience that this is one of the best hospices in the Akron area. In fact, this is the only hospice I’ve ever seen with a freeway sign.
Every question I had, the nurses here had answers. They were helpful and courteous and explained everything to me from the condition of my grandmothers to arranging the funeral.
This facility is owned by Akron General, if that means anything to anybody.
The facility is absolutely gorgeous and serene with the millions they’ve spent on landscaping. Fine, maybe not that much, but it makes leaving this world more peaceful, I’d imagine.
