I’ve been here before. Great service. The gal today was the least helpful I have ever met in customer service. I have mailed out of the country thru here before and she quoted me 3 times as much and I asked why and she shrugged her shoulders.

I went to overnight a package on a Friday and arrived before they opened. I found out that if I used UPS to ship through USPS it would be over $ 30 less, so I chose that. The girl who put my letter through charged me for over night, but actually put it through priority mail, so it didn’t arrive until Monday. They were important documents that were time sensitive, and yet the store refuses to even refund me partially. I’ve had to go to the UPS corporate office who assured me they would solve my problem. I’m very unhappy with the service here.

Service can be a hit or miss, but yesterday, I got nothing but friendly service. The lady helping me fax my job acceptance letter was sweet and patient. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. Also, I noticed she was taking the time to listen to another customer’s life story, but she still made an effort to acknowledge me when I walked in about 30 minutes till closing time.
