I ordered a birthday arrangement for my aunt through 1−800Flowers. I understand that what is delivered may not look 100% like what’s displayed in the online pictures, but it should at least come close. I was extremely sad when I saw what was delivered. 1−800Flowers told me what was supposed to be in the recipe for the arrangement, and aside from being shorted 2 roses and 2 carnations, the filler was also wrong. 1−800Flowers offered to have the florist make a new arrangement however I did not want to make my aunt feel bad by having her birthday flowers experience tainted by knowing she did not receive what was ordered. My hope in writing this review is that the florist be mindful of how they represent 1−800Flowers, because their customers deserve what they paid for.
