Ummmmmmm… my hose developed an enormous «hernia» today after just six months of very careful and thoughtful use. I posted a photo but I am sure it has been taken down. I was just so glad the huge bubble thing did not burst while I was using the hose. It was nice while it lasted.

The Pocket Hose is the worst hose, don’t buy it. Bought one, it had pinholes and leaked after one week. Bought another, brought it home and it started leaking like the first one. Save your money and buy a real hose. This is a piece of CRAP!

I ordered The Trusty Cane for my Mother in law. I ordered this on the 9^th of January and was told that is would take 3 to 6 six weeks for delivery and that they would not take payment until my order had shipped. I should have had this product not later than the week of the 17^th of February and when it did not show I did some further checking and their automated system said I should have my cane on the 24^th of February and still no show so I go online and check my order status and see that it has got a whole new order number and that the date on the order is 02÷27÷14. I call customer service and get a lady who says sorry like 15 times and that my order had been shipped and that I should get it in 7 – 10 business days which puts me at March 12, 2014 so I ask to speak to a manager and I cant get a straight answer as to why my order number had changed except that the order numbers I gave the girl seem to be wrong and I have a new order number which means I now have three numbers. I asked how my cane is being shipped and was told UPS but they cant give me a tracking number and the only thing they say over and over again is that it’s shipped. I should have known better than to buy something off the television and to all those who read this take the information as gospel and do not order from these people as you will get jerked around big time and the customer service people are in INDIA, all they can say is I’m sorry and it’s a popular item and it’s shipped. I hope this review saves someone from going through this like I have.

Purchased a * pocket hose * as shown on TV from this company
not too happy YES it retracts when not full of water and it certainly is light weight all of the *features * mentioned in the add apply.
BUT what t it does, nt address in the sales pitch is the longtivity of the product after having one for 3 weeks i found small holes in the outer cover, could have been made by insect or bird and as a result the water leaked out .
. i know every product has a llife span what ever the manufacturer tells l you
but 3 weeks give me a break.
dont buy this product
. stick to the traditional garden hose as cumbersome as they may be, at least they dont spring a *leak after 2 weeks of use …
