Subway

This is one of the better Subway locations in Fairfield. Their ingredients are always fresh and in stock. I’ve been to a couple other locations on the other side of Texas St. and hated my experience (the employees were rude and they didn’t have any of the basic veggies or sauces in stock). The employees at this location are super friendly and they always make my sandwich perfectly.

Definitely one of the «better» Subway locations I’ve been to. Very clean and nice cool atmosphere. Thank you for having the A/​C on in this heat! Employees are all friendly and work together to get your sandwiches put together in an efficient and timely manner. I appreciate the variety of Fuze ice tea flavors they have to choose from. All the veggies are fresh and crisp. Love this place. The only Subway in Fairfield I go to when I’m craving a good sandwich.

This location is terrible lately. Today I went for 2 chopped tuna salads which the «sandwich artist» mushed to the consistency of vomit. I asked her to stop chopping it and please add more lettuce to them and she sprinkled ¼ cup on the top. At least it masked the mush underneath. If I wanted a green smoothie, I would have made one at home. Also the tuna was more like 2 tablespoons and I am sure it because all of the 5 employees working today were too lazy to prepare more. Ugh, such a frustrating ordeal. I will never return to this location.

This was the worst $ 8 I’ve ever spent at a subway. Save your money –My veggie sandwich has maybe ¼ cup of lettuce (this is AFTER I ASKED FOR MORE 2x!)count them, 5 olives, 2 pickles.
Asked for spinach, got looked at funny and no spinach.
She then wrapped my sandwich and had a problem when I asked her for mustard… because she had to unwrap it. I thought they asked if you would like mayo, mustard, oil or vinegar. Perhaps they no longer ask if you want that and assume you like a dry flat empty sandwich here. What a bad way to spend my money.

The «sandwich artist» are usually very sweet and friendly employees.
I enjoy staying to eat my sandwich, the music makes it the reason I stay.

Shout out to Tanya for being patient today with my indecisive brother and father! I am a fan of this Subway location. It’s close to home and the ladies working there seem pretty chill. Also, there are some other surrounding businesses like Raley’s to kill two birds in one stone. However, they’re pretty easy on the veggies, so you might want to ask for more veggies if it’s not enough for you. If you have a strong preference for a warm sandwich, you can always ask them to toast it for you! If you like it cold, then that’s all up to you! Overall, I like the convenient location and spacious parking!

So I eat at subway at least 3 times a week since I’m traveling all over the Bay Area for work. This location is a complete joke and I won’t be coming back!
I came for lunch and got 2 flatizzas with pepperoni, so as the girl was making it, she put a little sauce in the center and hardly spread it out towards the edges. I asked her for a lil more sauce all over just so it could be covered. Really just wanted what they look like in the ads, simple right?
Not so much and this next part is what really got to me after I paid.
Before she threw the flatizza in the oven she put what in my opinion would be a very small amount of cheese, seriously it was barely there. I asked is that it for the cheese because all the other subways I go to put on at least 3 – 4 times that much? So she proceeds to put on just a little more cheese and I just decide to keep my mouth shut cuz whatever no big deal, it’s food.
She rings me up and after I walk away I look at the receipt and she charged me for extra cheese!!! She never mentioned it was gonna be extra and all I wanted was for there to be a decent amount of cheese like in their pic that is on the menu.
This location lost my business. Word of advice, don’t be so cheap and nickel and dime your customers.

Although I’m not a big Subway fan, I consider this location one of the best I’ve ever been to.

This subway is always clean, has a nice friendly staff, delivers prompt service and doesn’t skimp on the toppings, thanks guys! ill see you tomorrow!

I have been coming here for years but I think today will be my last. They have a young, arrogant punk working there thats needs to slow down and pay attention. The other girl working there seems to know what she is doing and friendly.

Smokehouse BBQ chicken… nice!!! This Subway is usually very clean and the food is tasty. Friendliness is hit and miss.

My rating is for people that want their sandwich the way they want it and not something ‘the sandwich artist’ thinks they heard. I agree with the previous post by Naree S! I used to come here like everyday but the previous employees left and moved on with their lives but these new people which are mostly incompetent girls… they seriously need to take a customer service 101 class they are rude and are always more interested in each others conversations, its almost as if your presence and the fact you are ordering a sandwich is such a burden for them and they always mess up a simple order of just turkey, cheese and lettuce. It’s worth the trip to go a different Subway it’s not worth coming to this one unless you wanna physically punch these people in the face.

I’ve been to many subway location and I’d say this is the worst of all location in terms of attention to detail. We were there for a late lunch yesterday… and it was the first time I’ve ever had to mention what sandwich I want 4X!!! It wasn’t complicated… just a simple $ 5 foot long (of the only 3 specials they have this month)… any it kills me to see that I had to mention it 4X… with less than a minute apart. I blame it on the fact that the 2 servers was more interested in their conversation than actually doing their job and their extremely short attention span.
The sandwich was okay since its a franchise… but the customer service needs some improvement by just paying more attention to their work and less on their personal conversation.

This particular Subway is a little out of the way for me given that I have 2 within less than a mile or so. The reason I continue to go is the staff on duty after 3pm who are very friendly. If you go before 3am the day shift people are really not that friendly and almost seems like your disturbing them. So if you want great service from this Subway go after 3pm!
