Starbucks

Love this location. I will drive out of my way to come to this location. The lady at drive thru is always SO sweet and nice!

got to work and the coffee was cold!,!
should have just gone to McDonald’s
sandwich was ok though, guess they didn’t have to make them, comes ready from the bakery

So here’s the deal, I went to this place because I was getting my car washed around the corner. I walked in and use the restroom. Very cleanly restroom. After I was done I walked up to the counter to order my drink and pastry. I pointed out a pastry that I took interest in and I asked him what kind is this. He replied «which one».mind you he was standing about 10 feet away and didn’t bother walking to see which one I was interested in. So I said «this one» to which she replied «what does it look like, does it have almonds on it» at that point I was pissed at his lack of interest and walked out. He could’ve easily just walked over and seeing what I was interested in. Gess I will never come back to this place. If you would let me leave zero stars as a review I would

Worst experience ever. Went in the drive thru to get a green tea frap. Rolled up by the window no one was there, it didn’t look busy in the lobby. But then I seen this one boy with curly hair laughing and holding the whip cream thing. And then there was this heavy guy with an ugly beard looked directly at me and then talked to his equal weight co worker and she turned her no neck around and looked and then turned back around with a laugh, and at that point my window was still up but when I seen that I was like excuse me? I rolled down my window and I backed up a lil to get a even better view of the inside and kinda stuck my head out cuz I was gettin ready to mouth off and they still laughing and stuff, I said f it and just drove off. They were completely rude and eye balling me like they ain’t never used their drive thru before. I used to go here as a last minute thing because they’re next the chevron I go to. But I will never come to this one again. I see why they have 2 ½ stars.

Never before have I experienced a place I can call home like this. Everyone is so friendly and knows my drink when I walk in the door. A great crew! ESP with all the crap they have to deal with.

These guys were in a rush and weren’t even busy. Just trying to get the order out and be done, not the best starbucks I’ve been to

I only gave two stars because my drink was great but other than the service here is real crappy. The big caucasian guy that works the drive thru is the rudest employee starbucks has. He clearly doesn’t give a f*** about his job or me as a customer. I go to starbucks often since I’m a gold card holder so I see a lot of their employees, but this guy takes the cake and eats it on rude employees

Ok it was very clean and the good and drinks are the same but the service it terrible

As soon as we walk all the workers just stare at us as if we caught them stealing or something. So awkward, no «how may I help you» or anything all I gotta say is they needa work on their customer service. Dissapointed

This is so close to my kids’ school so I come here often to buy but I don’t recommend and don’t think I’ll be coming back. Just drive up less than a mile on Travis, workers there are friendly.
Workers here need to be taught good customer service. Esp in the morning where ppl are still have awake.

Worst starbucks experience I’ve ever had.
It was slow and quiet and the employees were standing around doing nothing. It was slow, I get that. What I was not okay with was when they started to complain about their jobs and certain merchandise. One male barista even began to say how he didn’t even care about making drinks today because «he only came in with so much energy» and he then went on to rant about how he doesn’t like his morning manager. There was another female employee sitting on her computer at a table. I gather she wasn’t on break because when I came in she said «can you get this one? I’m almost done downloading this»
There were two baristas, one male and one female who told the other two baristas that they needed to be more professional.
Horrible experience.

Worst customer service recieved from the store manager!!! Rude!!! To early in the morning for you too mad at breakfest… how you going to be the store manager n not know how to ring a drink for real… or already cost an arm n leg to get anything from here why do you have to be so rude on top of it… Can’t Stan bad customer service especially when I work for the same company… Guess I’ll go to the one by the mall from here on out… I use to give this place the benefit of the doubt and stick up for this store because I’ve been told they have rude customer service… I use to say ppl don’t understand how it is to work in such a demanding job but after today… I won’t be returning this was op…

Lots of cops so you are always safe but the people who work here can use a pep talk. Well maybe not all of them but I’ve been here too many times where I didn’t get a greeting or a smile and It just isn’t acceptable for the most profitable coffee shop in the US. Shape up staff!!! I know it’s a Starbucks but a job is a job. Being pleasant is part of your job.

I frequent this Starbucks! They have a drive-​thru which is awesome, and the staff is always super friendly. The location is never that crowded and they keep the store very clean.
