Polite drivers delivered mattress from Sams club on time. Removed old mattress and were in and out in less than 10 mins. Even called me 20 minutes out

Rudest people in the world. Called twice about getting treadmill delivered and they were rude, belligerent and told me that I am the one that chose the «cheapest service available» and «you get what you pay for» when in fact I did not choose them, Nordictrack did. Would never use if I had the choice.

Extremely shady company. I’m shocked Costco uses them as their delivery go-​between. They are probably unaware of the runaround this «business» is giving people. The delivery men kept asking for more money to carry the package an extra 20 feet. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a mattress and had it set up to be delivered by Star Moving & Storage. After getting an initial call saying the would contact me in a few days to set up a delivery I didn’t hear from them for over a week and every time I called they said they should be able to set up delivery soon.
When they FINALLY called to set up delivery, they were very rude. I set up three different dates/​times for delivery only to be called the next day by a different employee saying they would not deliver it at that time on that date and that I had to do a different date. They were very rude to me and basically flat out said they would not deliver my mattress and I was being difficult. I will never use their service again and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

This company just delivered a freight item to my home. Extremely rude drivers. Kept asking for more money for extra services. Would not recommend.

I had to move a TV for a very important client from Cincinnati to Tampa and even though it was a small job Star really stepped up and and did a great job! They packaged it perfectly, they picked up and delivered exactly when they said they would and I could not be happier! I will be using them again for sure!

Star Moving was recommended to us by our realtor. They packed up our 5000+ sq ft home, kept it on the truck for 3 days and then unloaded. Not one thing broken, dented, scratched etc. 3 guys were great – hard workers and the final $ came in less than the estimate. They were ½ the cost of another mover we priced. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They also made a delivery to the Snooty Fox for us, and staff there uses them too and gave them high marks.
