Sander’s Square

Food and service is fair. Have had some problems, hopefully corrected.

In a town where I feel like everything closes around lunch time, Sander’s Square was open to satisfy my sweet tooth at the obscene hour of 7 p.m. at night! For Fairfield, PA, this joint qualifies as a late-​night hang out spot. It even has all your greasy favorites after hours of dancing in a club, like: hotdogs, hamburgers and french fries. But it has a very sweet side, too. In fact, that’s its specialty. Their double chocolate cake is redonkulous. I also had a waffle from here that was pretty good, and much cheaper than the garbage they feed you at the nearby ski resort. (Disclaimer: there are no actual clubs in Fairfield, PA, and I was just joking about things closing at lunch time, but it’s not too much of an exxaggeration, actually.)
