Employees are always so helpful and friendly. Not to mention, I got my Galaxy s4 there so much cheaper then everywhere else was advertising it. They even set it all up for me and put the screen protector on. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Employees were not very friendly and weren’t very welcoming.
Came in there to pay my Verizon bill two days ago and two girls were over the counter just chilling and hanging around one Latina and one African American. Asked to pay my bill and the girl said they don’t take it? When I have been going there all the time to pay for my bill.
I told her few times to check and she looked like she felt forced to look me up and try if it does work. I didn’t feel like a customer here won’t be coming back anymore.

I was expecting that the employees working Saturday knew how about the different types of modems. I was told that all of the modems work for Comcast… But I knew that wasn’t right. I had to go to Best Buy and figure it out.
I actually came back to check out the cable modems (which work for Comcast internet), and there was only one kind in stock and it was not wireless…
It’s so hard to find a good and not so expensive wireless cable modem around here.
