I come here at least twice a month to order the #1(phở) and the #A8(sausage spring rolls). I’m completely addicted. All the Phở Lee Hoa Phat locations have EXCELLENT phở. The broth is so nice and beefy, I drink it down to the last drop. I live in the Bay Area where it’s hard to find good phở for less than $ 10, so I make sure to stop by when I’m in the area. The only thing is that this place is kind of a hole in the wall, but it’s not as much of a hole in the wall like the Vallejo location on Spring Rd. The servers are nice here and the seating area looks cleaner than most. I’m totally fine with that, because I can appreciate that I don’t have to pay for the fancy atmosphere when all I want is good food. It is Fairfield after all so what can I expect, right? If it’s a hot day, don’t forget to get the vermicelli noodles. They are just as crave-worthy.

We are phở lovers and eat phở everywhere we go. This place passes the test given that there isn’t much here in Fairfield to choose from. Always a quick service and food is decent. Sometimes they mess up my order due to language barrier and drinks come out after your meal or at the end of it… and appetizers come out after phở or in random order. Don’t expect 5 star service but food is worth it. Pricing is moderate and parking is ample. This is our go to Vietnamese in town.

the food is good as it is very similar to phở saigon’s but the pricing may be a little higher here. only difference is that the location is much better and closer to my house. the food comes out pretty quick, but the service stops there. i’d have to constantly ask for more refills, but be careful as nearly half of them don’t speak english well or at all. i still come here every now and then, but don’t expect too much.

Thank flipping goodness we have a local phở option. I love phở, and this makes me miss the rainy Seattle days of my youth. It’s great. A big favorite. I don;t live in Farifield, but when I am in the area, its super awesome. Thank you so much, Phở Lee Hoa Phat. Delicious, fresh, hot and comforting every time. Support local businesses.

My parents & I come here a couple times a month. we’re such regulars, the staff know us on a first name basis & laugh when we walk thru the door. Never disliked any of the items I’ve ordered! I’ve tried everything on the menu: spring rolls, fried rolls, vermicelli & phở. rice plates, shakes. EVERYTHING tastes wonderful I believe that’s why we always come back! My dad is a very hard to please person. He’s one of THOSE dads. But he enjoys this place enough to eat it 3 times in one week lol The menu appears to mainly put rice noodles in their bowls however if you ask for let’s say, #4 with egg noodles, they will substitute it no problem! That’s my go to dish btw. That with fried rolls on the side.

My favorite phở place in the area. The portions are very generous and the food comes out pretty quick. They have the best boba and I really would recommend the Thai tea. My favorite meal is the vermicelli with bbq pork and the fried egg roll. My boyfriend likes the grilled pork chop rice plate. If you are dying of hunger, get the spring rolls with peanut butter sauce to start out– yummy! You also get a free soup with your meal. Nick and Sandy are always awesome & really care about their customers. They are very family oriented & seem to be packed with people in the military and police officers are ALWAYS on their lunches here. Very accommodating to large parties as well.

I have been here several times only because they are only a few miles from me. The broth is usually okay but this last time i went the broth was like water… i thought it was just me because I had a cold but I bought an extra chicken phở soup to go and my husband said the same thing. I paid $ 20 for water, noodles and chicken(which btw portions are small) i purchased 2 Large orders. My favorite place is Phở #1 in vallejo. I feel cheated and disappointed.

Long time fav phở house and perfect place for a warm steamy bowl of chicken phở on a rainy or cold winter day to soothe you with a giant helping of fresh noodle soup! And because 5 star car wash is directly across, you can get your car washed while having lunch! This is one of the best phở houses in Fairfield and service is good but the women seem very tired. Fresh basil, cilantro, bean sprouts and Limes served with each bowl of bounty, plenty of noodles and meat in each bowl. Must try those sweet gel bean and tapioca drinks next time! Busy at noon but quick service and a big menu make this a great place for lunch for yourself or small group. Clean and basic seating, no frills soup house that gives a lot for good prices!

This is an update to my previous review posted on 1÷08÷2015. The pill was an antihistamine. At least it wasn’t an illegal drug.

Despite being hot as hell in Fairfield today, I felt like getting phở. Ordered beef ball/meat ball noodles ahead of time over the phone and the man who answered said it’ll take 10 minutes, then he abruptly hung up without asking for a name or number. When I got here, some kid who appears to be around the age of 12 was manning the register. He claims there were no phone orders and goes on to say that I called the wrong phở place. Correct me if I’m wrong but there is only one Phở Lee Hoa Phat in Fairfield. I then proceed to show him my call log. It clearly matches the one on Unilocal, and a worker says the number was correct; yet, they still had the audacity to continue telling me that I called the wrong store, because they didn’t get the order. This place is in close proximity with my house, so I usually come here for a fix, but never again after today.

I’m super picky when it comes to phở, but this is my go-to phở spot. They are open daily, I believe until 9:30pm at night. You never have to wait to be seated, service is quick, food is tasty, and the restaurant is clean. There’s usually quite a few people there every time we go, which to me is a determining factor of how good the restaurant is. As far as the food goes… you can’t go wrong with the phở(duh), and if you’re adventurous get yours with the tripe and tendon. I usually skip on that, but it does add a lot of flavor to the broth. The bun bowls and combo plates are good too, and my favorite side is the shrimp cake. All in all, a nice restaurant and great addition to this part of town.

I LOVETHISPLACE I LOVETHISPLACE I LOVETHISPLACE. Did I mention I love this place? Seriously. When it comes to phở, spring rolls, and sweet drinks, this is the place to go. I refuse to go to any other Hoa Lee Phat restaurants anymore once this one is my phở home. The waiter knows what I get every time I come in, which is super great! I always come here with my other half, who introduced me to this place. He likes to mix it up sometimes, and we can’t complain about whatever we get! It tends to get busy on rainy cold days,(as expected), and even when it’s hot out they have the AC on. Personable staff, delicious food, five stars all around.

As compared to other Fairfield dining, this was pretty good. The location is not the best but the restaurant itself is very spacious, clean, and modern looking. It took awhile for them to take our orders but the food came out fast once the orders were in. The pork chop rice plate was nicely done. The pork was juicy and tender with great seasoning. The friend chicken was drier than I prefer. All in all, I will definitely try the place again.

This is probably one of the better phở spots in Fairfield. It’s more pricier than the other phở spot near Jack-in-the-box and Mexican Meat Market. It’s within the Five Star Car Wash and Valero gas station in a private parking lot. When I walked into the door, I noticed the restaurant was cleaner and more spacious compared to other phở spots in Fairfield. Also, the lady that sat me at my table was fairly nice and friendly. I ordered a number 36(Sliced Pork with rice and vegetables) and a mango smoothie with pearl. The mango smoothie tasted ridiculously fresh. You could easily tell that they made the smoothie with fresh mango. Also, the pearls(large tapioca balls) were firmly cooked well and has the sweet gooey goodness I love. On the other hand, I was surprised with the presentation of my number 36. It was presented in this cute square plate making the dish more classier than it seems. It came with a side of soup and vinegar to dip my meat and vegetables in. I like the sweet and smoky flavor of the sliced pork, but I’m surprised they give a lot less meat than I thought. Overall, pretty good service. You pay your bill up front to the cashier. I would probably come back again just for the fresh quality smoothies and boba. It’s a lot cheaper and better than Quickly’s.
