Racist and useless. Went to this location to exchange some frozen party decorations my aunt purchased for my daughters 4th birthday. We didn’t need two of the ceiling decorations so I took the unopened items back to the store for a store credit since I couldn’t for the life of me find the receipt and I needed to purchase some balloons. Before I could even open my mouth the sales girl, with an attitude, immediately asked me if I wanted to do a return, I said no I just need to do an exchange. She told she couldn’t do it and that I needed to talk to the store manager. I spoke to the store manger who also told me I could not do an exchange or store credit. I explained that two weeks prior my aunt purchased a bag full of decorations and these two items I couldn’t use. He told me I needed to know the exact purchase date and the last four digits if the card number used in order for a store credit. I explained that my aunt purchased the items and proceeded to call her to get the last four of her credit card she used to make the purchase. The manager immediately told me no she has to be present. I left and called the Vallejo store explained my entire situation and the store manger of that store told me she could give a store credit so that I could purchase the balloons I needed. I’m sure had I been blond and not black I would have gladly gotten a store credit at the Fairfield store no questions asked. Sad and disappointing FAIRFEILD!!! I Will NEVER purchase anything at this location, ever again and suggest no one else does either!!!

Zero management… Drove in from Napa to get three balloons. Called earlier to ensure they had the balloons that I wanted, once I got there they told me I’d have to wait 3 hours to get my balloons because there was a wait. But you could order one per guest and get pushed through. I then argued the point that I would just purchase a single balloon three separate times. Then all of a sudden my wait turned to 15 minutes… The poor girl working the front had no answers because she was clearly not well trained however she was the only one willing to help me! I’d give her a few more stars but as for the rest of the store– figure it out.

Went there last week to get my 12 month son a costume. Waited in line. Got the 6 – 12 month costume but seem a bit small and look like it was used, so I ask the customer service manager if we can change it to the 12 – 18 month. He threw an attitude and say I’m only going to do this one time next time you will have to go back over there an request for another size. Seriously dude? Your right there and you can’t even help me? I will never purchase any costume from this store ever again!

Ok so once star for selection and another for organization skills. Everything was so easily organized and neat. Biggest plus was the selection of everything they have. Best of all they had so many baby shower wrapping papers. Made my day easier. now this is where they loose a few points. 6 or 7 employee’s working long line 2 then 3 then 2 then 4 then 2 registers open. They had the people to move the line but yet could not move the line. The line grew longer by the minute yet it didnt seem to shrink as fast. You had customer that had long faces waiting on something that where not in line. The employees they did have at the registers need training. One tried to open up a register but couldn’t get it to work. Asked another guy to help him but that guy was busy so we remained with 2 registers for the rest of my visit. When I FINALLY got to the register, cashier was friendly and nice. Will be going back if I need something but hopefully not on a weekend and or weekday afternoon. Figure they will be less busy during the week before 3 could be wrong but hey it wont hurt to try.

Went to get a costume for my daughter who wants to be Rosie the Riveter. They only have it online. Tried to order from the store kiosk, but no one could operate the kiosk computer. But I could get free shipping by providing a promo code. I went online at home and there is NO place to enter a promo code for shipping discount. I ended up ordering from Spirit, which was about $ 7 cheaper anyway. Sorry guys I tried to shop with you!
