This place is evil, you will want to buy everything! Great service but I give it 4 stars because the rabbit fur that I purchased supposedly«isn’t supposed to shed» just sheds everywhere!

I just love all the specialty items there. I always find unique items and sale items on exquisite leathers. They have a wonderful selection of modernably fashionable items for men and women alike. Their staff is extremely helpful with helping you find comfortable and purposeful items and will special order items for you as needed. I live in the Chicago area and recently visited the Michigan Avenue store but noticed the prices there were higher than the ones at Fairfield. Planning on returning for future purchases as it’s always been a wonderful experience!

The first time I’ve heard of them, was when we were touring Colorado many moons ago! On the window, they have displays of leather jackets. I didn’t come to Colorado to buy leather jackets, but I must have leather fetish because I’ve own leather jackets since the early 70’s. I actually invested my first pay check buying my first extravagant fur-suade coat purchase from Australia right here in Portland, so when I saw the leather displays — no one can stop me now! I have to stop and. .. just browsing OK? I still have that coat, btw, and still fits me! I walked right in this camel(never had camel jacket before) jacket with dark brown leather trim and top-stitchings. I couldn’t buy it because the sleeves were too long, but the friendly nice salesclerk insisted they can alter it for me AND they will mail it to my home in Portland! How can I turn that down? I still have that jacket, today, as I type for my 2nd review. Camel is not my color, but it’s PERFECT for Autumn, and this year, I’ve been wearing my camel jacket to go with my camel ankle boots, bought from Spain. I’m so happy, camel color IS for me after all! It goes so well with my favorite leopard silky scarf. That scarf is like my security blanket and my camel jacket and boots. .. very, very happy indeed! Add a touch of black tights. . HAH! Well, for 2 months I’ve been searching for yet another leather jacket, this time for spring. I already have a lavender leather jacket — bought @ Nordstrom, but this ‘extravagant’ 60 something girl is ready for a new jacket. I’ve not been very happy with the jackets I bought that came with FREE shipping/FREE returns, but I typed the color in Google, and it brought me back to Overland. I emailed them first, to make sure they come in the size I want, and I asked the length of the sleeves. I was assured, I can return it if I’m not happy, since it is also FREE shipping &FREE return.(Don’t ever buy anything online, unless you have those 2 options!) OK, go for it, send me one, and she told me I’ll get it in the mail 3 – 5 business days. I got it on the 3rd day! The fit? Perfect! The color? Perfect! The length of the sleeves. .. well, I’ve had one longer that that before and I still have it, so who cares, and so what! I’m still happy! The style? I LOVEIT2x! The brand? I’ll recommend it and doing this review! The service? FAST&SATISFIED. Where is it made? INDIA. I’m glad it’s not China, but many products are coming from India now, but the quality is really like my camel jacket! UPDATE, even though I gave them 5 stars, I am now removing one star. One, because I called Customer Service, about the care of my new jacket — not the shiny leather jacket — and she tolf me, to take it PROFESSIONALLYCLEANED. If she was informative about their products, she would not have said that! I’ve own leather jackets, and suede, and sometimes PROFESSIONALCLEANERSRUIN your clothes, making them discolored, and all. On their website, they have several sections under Leather Cleaning & Care. I didn’t have known about these, if I didn’t visit their website, but I just wasted my time talking to an ignorant person, probably don’t even wear leather products!
