Just insane how long drive through takes. I’m still here. Not going to send this if they get me the food before I’m done. Not looking good for them. Second time here and second time over 5 minutes waiting.

As the others have stated, this McDonald’s has potential – it’s clean and it’s in a nice location. The problem is they mess your order up almost every time. I, like Albert, keep trying to like this place, but I think I’m finally done – even when I’m just getting my coffee every morning, they can’t get it right. It’s been a long run for me but tomorrow morning I’ll be going somewhere else for my everyday routine. Goodbye McDonald’s on Black Rock.

I keep trying to like this place but they keep screwing up orders. I love coming here, the store is very clean and the staff is extremely polite but everyone’s English is very poor. When I politely try to tell them the order is wrong they smile, giggle and don’t understand what I am saying. As is sit here I am watching people get frustrated as the orders keep screwing up. I write this as I hope they improve this as I think they try really hard but miss the mark and would like to see the place improve.
