My favorite local brewery and it is conveniently rooted 16 minutes up the road for me. The staff is informed and friendly and the beer is always tasty and cold. I especially like that they offer 4oz pours to allow you to drink more of a variety on your visit. I had to give it 4 stars just because of how crowded it gets on Fridays.

Great atmosphere and good beer! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and the tap room was very crowded. We were still able to find a seat and enjoyed some beer and pretzels. They have reasonable prices(8 oz sample for $ 3 or 16 oz for $ 5). The tour was quick, but informative. I particularly liked the Search Saison beer. Would definitely go back!

New brewery in Fairfield! Check it out. Great craft beer selection. Black Wheat is my favorite. A really good stout with hints of biscuits and chocolate.

Sparklingly new yet low-key tap room, totally worth the hassle of finding it deep in an industrial park with laughably bad signage. Your GPS will get you close, just stay calm and keep driving to the way, way back and look on the right. Wildly reasonably beer prices: half pints $ 3, pints $ 5, growler fills $ 10 for 32oz & $ 15 for 64. No flights, I tried halves. Six regulars and two special beers at all times. Black wheat was a delightful light porter, deeply flavorful and the Low Visibility was an IPA in all but name — cloudy hoppy yummy ale, apparently too little(!) alcohol to be an IPA. It’s located right next door to the Jersey Spirits distillery so if you REALLY work it you can have a shot, then a beer, lather, rinse, repeat lol. The only snacks are free pretzels. Bring your own sub, pizza, anything that will do justice to the fine micro brews at Magnify. Why not 5 stars like everyone else? Cos they didn’t have a proper stout on tap when I visited, the bourbon-aged beer wasn’t ready either, argh. So clearly I must return :)

First time there after several invites. Started with Pollinator which did have that honey hint and was a nice drop. Enjoyed the company the owners brought to the table and look forward to the reaction at tonight’s party to the growlers of Vine Shine and Low Visibility!

I am so pumped we have a quality brewery in the area. Eric and his family run a great business and are motivated in improving and pushing their product. It’s a nice place to stop by have a beer and enjoy good conversation with a diverse bar crowd. It’s reminiscent of your local neighborhood tavern. Since they opened back in May I’ve been a regular and flat out love the place. The Vine Shine is off the charts good and the Pollinator could be the best beer I’ve had in years. Just hook me up and feed me the pollinator intravenously.

Love love loved Magnify! My boyfriend and I visited on Friday night since it was right around the corner and on my ever-growing to-do-list. Neat décor with wood long and small tables, wine barrels and a full bar when you walk in. I believe the owner’s dad mentioned that the tables were recycled wood. We also learned that the beer tap handle is made from the wood of wine barrels — so cool. It was really busy when we got there, but we were still able to sit at the bar and try the beer we wanted in cute mason jars. The owner’s mother was really friendly and explained all the different beers. My boyfriend isn’t a beer fan, but he actually enjoyed the Search Saison and Search Saison Aged in Red Wine Barrel. He liked the flagship better, which is awesome considering we’re red wine fans and the flagship is what’s year round anyway! My favorite was the Pollinator IPA(brewed with local honey), followed closely by the Vine Shine IPA. I also was«challenged» to try the Black Wheat even though I don’t love dark beers, and their claims are 100% true that it’s «surprisingly light bodied for such complex black beer»… not to mention delicious. After it died down a bit, the owner’s father showed us the brewery(with purchased beers in hand), told us the story of Magnify and about how the beers came about. I don’t want to spoil everything so definitely give Magnify a visit! Even took home a 64oz and will definitely be back for the seasonals. The first I’m thinking about — 30 Hours Imperial Pale Ale named after the fact that it took 30 hours to cut the 650 pounds of New Jersey peaches in the first brew.

Delighted first time visitors last Saturday. The beautiful bar and tasting area was packed around 6:30 pm, about 30 plus. Go to Magnify’s website to get clear directions for they are in an industrial mall, near the back. Great to see a new family business devoted to brewing special beers doing well. We tried four tastes in their jars and liked the Saison so much we bought a bottle for our son to try. The jar lighting is also unique.

It’s a family affair with a pro brewmaster. Eric and his parents are cool and always greet you with a smile. The brewery is small located in an industrial area of similar small service type businesses. The front half of the building has a rustic style bar with a number of tables. You can bring in food to enjoy with the brews. They have 4 year round beers(Search saison, black wheat, Vine Shine IPA, Low Visibility Pale Ale) and an occasional one or two limited releases, like the most recent 30 Hours and Search Saison aged in red wine barrels. The 30 hours is their best beer I’ve had, which is peach infused Imperial Pale Ale; very yummy. They sell most of their brews at the brewery, but you can also find their beers at the Cloverleaf Tavern. They open everyday at 4pm on weekdays! Looking forward to seeing what they will brew next!

Beer lover and big time supporter of drinking local. Found Magnify by accident on social media(that’s the best way). Have been following the brewery for a little while waiting for the stars to align and find a date to make my way down there… Turns out the night I plan corresponds with a bottle release of their new barrel aged saison. Show up at 4:10 pm on a Friday and the line is out the door. No inconvenience here, at least I know they have a following. I wait in line to get a few tickets for the limited release and my wife heads to the bar to get a few samples. The place is everything you’d want in a local craft brewery. When you walk in its warm and there’s a distinct smell of beer in the making. They have a homey tap room that transitions into the brewery. I would have like to taken a tour but this particular night was exceptionally busy. Props to the management for ordering some pizzas for the crowd that was happily gulping down some amazing brews. While we’re on the subject, let’s talk beer. The 30 Hours Imperial Ale is special. Its claim to fame is the 650lb of peaches that they cut and put into the beer. It’s a bright, flavorful beer that I could drink all night long… Except for the fact that it’s 7.0% ABV which would end up as a bad night.(Note to the management, don’t stop making it, I just have to Über next time). We also tried the Seasonally Appropriate Berliner Weisse, 4.5%, Vine Shine IPA, 6.5%, Low Visibility Pale Ale, 4.8%, & Search Saison, 5.5%. All the beers are made with love and that’s apparent. The staff(which my understanding is all family) make you feel at home and ensure your experience is a good one. I will definitely return on a less crazy night and again see what it’s all about. It should be known that they encourage you to bring food or order in if you want sometime to eat. Magnify is everything that you want in a local brewery and I wish them nothing but luck in the future.

Love this brewery. First time here. I’m a beer aficionado. All the beers are very crisp so they go down real easy. Family that owns this brewery are very cool & are beer experts. Quite possibly best brewery in NJ. I’ll be coming back.

I really loved this brewery! It just had a really great energy and vibe going on. I also adore the owner’s mom and feel like I could just go there and chat with her for hours! The beer also was good; I think I may have found one of the very few dark beers that I like: Black Wheat. Its rich in flavor but not heavy. I wish this new business great success and I hope to be back very soon!

Great brewery and great people. Everyone is great here and they are turning out some fantastic beer. Look at their facebook site or follow them on twitter to find out when they are releasing special brews coming out. Casual atmosphere, great to sample some beer, a little bit off the beaten path in the office park, but well worth the search. They sell and fill growlers there too if you want to take some home. The founder Eric is great to talk to and has no problem answering questions and showing off their hard work.

Enjoyed a couple beers after work and I’ll definitely be back. Everyone was super friendly and personable and the pretzels are free. Unilocal says this place is closed on Fridays but it’s open 4 – 10. They have 4 beers continuously on tap + a limited edition which was the Whoa Nelly IIPA and it was great.

Great new brewery in a perfect location! Currently they have 4 beers on tap, no bottles, but they do growler fills. All their beers are served in mason jars, pretzels up for grabs. For opening a couple weeks ago, it’s already pretty popular with the locals. They distribute to local pubs too so you can try their beer elsewhere. Owners are super nice and welcoming! My favorite is the«Black Wheat» which is a super roast coffee and chocolate beer, surprisingly not a stout. We will definitely be coming here often :)
