I stopped by their tent sale and purchased a great sectional from them at a great price. the young men were a pleasure to speak to. And when we came back later in the evening, John’s boys not only backed up our truck for us but loaded it and tied it down for safety! AND pulled the truck out again for us! I was very impressed with the great Customer service we received! Thank you!

Overpriced for the amount of furniture that needed removed. He estimated the amount to be a few hundred bucks for a couch a table and a bookshelf. Ended up going to the dump myself only cost $ 20. complete rip off.

Wow!!! Not only did you haul away the 10+ yards of dead palm fronds, but you guys swept the concrete and cleaned out miscellaneous debris from the landscaping! Totally recommend!

What started out as a nice experience turned into a big disappointment. I had a discussion with John to meet on Saturday for a pickup. I was told to call Friday to remind him. I called, his wife answered and was very rude! She jumped on me saying they don’t work weekends and besides it’s the long weekend they are going rafting. A total disregard and rude. She didn’t care what was discussed prior to answering my call.

No amateurs so be prepared to pay a fair rate. They earn every penny doing a rough job, always with friendly smile. They’re professional and thorough. Not to promote abusing them but they rescued me with late notice on a Saturday and I will be forever thankful.

My real estate team doesn’t really service the Fairfield area, so when this special exception came along we needed help! In assisting with selling a client’s home, there was still some clutter that required removal. In being unfamiliar with the area, we looked to Google to try and find haulers to remove the junk for us. In trying to contact 4 different options, John’s Hauling was the ONLY one responsive to us. And they were great! We were very impressed with their flexibility in meeting with us for a bid, and the ease of scheduling the removal.
When they came to remove the junk, they were extremely quick and thorough. In terms of pricing for their services, I found it to be very reasonable. John and his associate were both very pleasant on that removal day, and am very glad we got to work with them. They were extremely helpful and responsive, which helped us streamline our process in an area we don’t work often.

I was on a drive through the Suisun Valley and came upon John’s. Not only did I meet John and his wife Janelle, a treasure in itself but I also found a few treasures in their Collectible Museum. Their corner enterprise was refreshing after driving through another area of California that has been gentrified and homogenized by the wine industry.
