Top quality physician. Small office and friendly and well trained staff. A bit of a wait sometimes but patient needs receive full attention. In my opinion she is well trained and qualified.

Dr. Peterson is a smart, thoughtful and compassionate physician. She has been conservative in her approach to my healthcare issues and I don’t feel like she is just pushing pills at me. And I never feel rushed or ignored. I don’t like going to the doctor in general but she and her staff make it as enjoyable as a doctors office visit can be. Glad I found her practice and love her new location and solo practice, much easier getting an appointment and greatly reduced wait times when I go. Usually under 10 minutes!

If you want a Dr that is only available 4 days a week and has no HUMAN answering service… This is it! Oh BTW– They don’t TELL you that when you have an emergency referral to take care of and have to fill in 10 pages of NEW PATIENT paperwork in to get that referral to an «expert». Gotta LOVE that CORPORATE LOGIC. Yes, it’s Jeannette Peterson MD, Inc… and when you call that «special» number OTHER than 9 – 11??? A MALE Dr Peterson voice comes on… saying he’s not available! This number is wrong or at least different… The new one is: (707) 422‑0543 is the # for 1261 Travis Blvd, Ste 100, Fairfield, Ca 94 522 The old and Vacaville numbers just give busy signals this Friday morning.
After 10am a woman answered the phone, and said she’d try to help me… Not sure if the repeated calling with Caller ID is why she answered the phone… Apparently today is paperwork day… they don’t SEE patients on Fridays. Gotta love it when insurance forms and trying to get paid from them, need a whole day of your workforce to finish… Over 50% of their overhead costs is training, filling out and trying to get paid off those «different» insurance Co. forms.
