As someone that always made an excuse why I didn’t have the time to go to the gym. I’m glad I finally signed up after my second child. Joe is the best at encouraging his clients to be able to do things they never thought they could. He pushes you to try things and if you can’t do it he will modify your program. His positive attitude and genuine passion for helping you achieve what ever goal you have in mind is amazing. In the two months I’ve been going I’ve lost so much of my baby weight and cannot wait to see myself in a few months. Thank you for always pushing me!

If you want results you will get them with Joe Droz at JD core, his workouts are intense but what’s best he Dosen’t push you to work past your level he gradually works you up each time, his group classes are off the chart !! I started a 30 day challenge his meal plan and exercise routine are so on point !! I look forward to my workouts, if your intimidated by going by yourself don’t be everyone is so friendly and we all support one another !! Thank you im so glad to be part of team JD Strong

I live in Manhattan, yet drive out to JD Core every Saturday morning to work out with my trainer, Jay Cin. I’ve been working with Jay since 2013. And now, he’s helping me get into the best shape of my life, for my wedding day. I’ve had many trainers, but I have yet to find someone as hard working, determined, and flexible as Jay. I’ve had 4 trainers, 5 including Jay, all who worked at NYSC and Equinox. But the other 4 never seemed as enthusiastic as Jay was. Jay makes sure that his clients understand that their weight/fitness goals are also his. He adjusts each training session to my requests/needs, and can be as hands-on/hands-off as I want him to be during the weekdays when I am not at JD Core. He really is the best. He comes highly recommended. Not only is Jay a reliable trainer whose knowledge & skill are incomparable to those money-driven trainers in Equinox, NYSC, and other Manhattan gyms, but his willingness to keep you motivated to stay on track with personal fitness goals is so admirable. Jay provides personal sessions, as well as group training sessions. JD Core Training is right across the parking lot from Retro Fitness. But the two facilities couldn’t be any more different. If you are more focused on strength training, conditioning, HIIT, and not having to wait for the elliptical machine, JD is the way to go. Retro Fitness is your typical, run of the mill gym with decent trainers, who are more focused on collecting clients, as opposed to helping them. And ladies, don’t be shy! We can lift weights and sweat just like them big boys! Joe Droz, the owner of JD Core lives and breathes a wellness lifestyle. So does Jay. I respect them for their dedication. And I love getting my a$$ kicked every weekend.

JD Core Training has definitely changed my life, the way I work out(group training 4−5x a week), eat and lifestyle. I have seen great results, in my first 5 weeks I am down 12lbs, 4% body fat, 38 to 36 waist, and my strength and conditioning has increased. My success is because of JD Core’s commitment, knowledge, experience in their industry and to their clients. It’s a great environment to be in.

I don’t know where to begin to explain how outstanding Joe is. You will see results and you won’t be disappointed. But the awesome part is — he keeps you motivated! He believes in you when you don’t believe in yourself and he let’s you know it. He handles everything you throw at him like complaining, laziness, and schedule conflicts with incredible grace and optimism(trust me I’m the biggest complainer around and he puts up with me:)). He just doesn’t give up on you. If you want an immaculately clean facility and a great trainer to count on, JD Core is the place for you!

I have been training with joe for the past 7 months and the results that I have seen since then are amazing. He has a great way of always changing it up work out wise so you never feel like you’re doing the same thing. I got pretty lazy for about 7 months before then and knew right away he was the guy to call. He told me if this is what I wanted then to stick it out and trust him.& I do !! He’s motivating and always pushes you to do more! I go to see him about 3 to 4 times a week and he is more than accommodating with what works for you and your schedule if he can work around it. His new gym facility is immaculate and just all around a great place to work out at. It’s awesome for one on one work outs or group sessions. I would recommend him and his gym to anyone …
