Great people. Highly recommend, only wish I knew about them sooner! Can’t say enough positive things about this company and employees! Highly highly recommend!!!

I was turned on to Howard’s Doors by a friend after I needed a custom fit door for my furnace closet at my rental property. They did NOT disappoint. I brought the old door in the Firday before the Thanksgiving holiday week. They got the door done by Tuesday. Fantistic turnaround time.
Just before this Xmas I bought two slab doors from a bix box store (not prehung — my mistake but it was too late), and I learned the hard way that you need to still cut them to size. So I called Howards last week (the Monday before Xmas) to see if they could somehow get this cut (I had a guy coming Tuesday afternoon to paint the doors for me along with others). They said that they are short staffed (understandbly becuase of the holiday), but that they would do their best. I also bought their doors for $ 4 per door less and took mine back to the big box store. Then Tuesday monring I completely forgot I had bought a third slab door an needed to cut it down (I had already painted it once and couldn’t return it). They said bring it down. They managed to get all 3 doors done by Tuesday afternoon. Again, amazing turn around time. I was so greatful becuase I didn’t have to cancel my painter.
Howard, Paul, and staff are very professional, great to work with, and extremely accomidating. Don’t ever buy your door at a bix box store. Go to Howards. You’ll save some money and get professional work. Thanks guys for everything. I promise not to try and squeeze in any more doors just before a holiday.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Normally I don’t write reviews, but if this helps ONE person then I’ll be happy. We ordered a door from Howard’s Doors and things did not work out well. It took over 11 weeks, yes 11 to get our door. The wrong door was manufactured, there were delays, and the replacement door (after the first wrong door) was broken in transit. I get it, things happen, but Howard really did nothing to make things better. He made inappropriate excuses like, «The manufacturer is a big company and they don’t care about the little people.» Doesn’t everyone just love being called the little people? I pleaded with Howard to call the manufacturer and get things moving faster since our whole remodel was being delayed, but he didn’t care enough. When our door finally did arrive I was hoping Howard would maybe, just maybe try to help us expedite things (by perhaps going to the assembler to pick up the door) or perhaps deliver the door to us, but no, he did nothing. That’s what you’ll get with this company — NOTHING.

Howards Doors has been in the area for a long time. They are a great company to work with. As a General Contractor, I use them frequently for doors as well as baseboard and door casing. They have better prices than big box stores and offer quality products.
