I can’t keep track of how many times in a day I call this office and they don’t pick up their phone. I have requested these people to do several things, of which I have to keep calling back and reminding them to do. They do not follow through with my requests and they do not give off the perception that they are available. Not sure if this is unique to this office or unique to State Farm.
Update: just canceled my auto with State Farm and picked up AAA

Super efficient office staff, great advice on coverage! Gigi has been our agent for over 10 years! I was especially grateful at their help and concern when my daughter had her first car accident — luckily no one was hurt. But she needed reassurance and they gave it! We have made a couple of claims, and they were always serviced quickly and fairly. Thank you, Gigi! And thanks to your wonderful staff!
