My upper back was in deep pain this morning so I decided to check out a Massage place that my friend recommend to me… Come to find out I went to the wrong place(Foot relief reflexology) is what she referred me to! I didn’t know till after so you know I was even more disappointed. Right when I walked in there was two ladies and one male in the lobby. One lady sitting hanging out, the other lady waiting for her client and the male laid out on the couch with his feet up on his phone. When they realized I had walked in everyone jumped up. As I am trying to look at their menu one of the ladies are aggressively asking me if I want to do this and try this! I finally pick the combo which included 30min body and 30min foot massage. When you walk to the back it’s actually very big with several rooms.(Made me wonder why they couldn’t kick their feet up in the back) a lady brought me to my room so I assumed she was my therapist. I have my face down on the bed and a make Walks in. I was shocked but I let that go and just stook with him. My massage was horrible! As badly as I wanted to relax it was just not allowing me to. The massage was very inappropriate sexual or not and the man didn’t know English on top of that. The massage was also not split like it said on the menu. I got more of a 20min back, 20 foot, 20min butt massage. I will not be attending this place again! Bad business!

It’s not you Gateway Wellness Foot Spa, it’s me. I’ve genuinely lost interest in this place. The prices went up, Hometown Buffet won’t shut the slamming next door and for some reason I feel like I’m dealing with money sucking leeches. After a good 3 – 4 times staying here as a client with each visit getting much worst than the last, I have to say it’s time to cut ties with place. I tip well based on performance and the past few times I’ve been here all the masseuses chat it up with each other and give half assed massages. I get that people have rough days and the masseuses feel like having conversations with each other but now is not the time to do that. Professionalism needs improvement. Although I respect other cultures, I think it’s rude to talk about another customer in a different language. Do that behind closed doors please.

I have had several massages before from different places but today I came In just for the $ 19.99 foot/body combo massage from my favorite masseuse, I am not going to reveal the name because I want to make sure the person is always available when I go there. The massage was so relaxing! I gave him a $ 10 tip. I will definitely come back every week.

I usually don’t write reviews, unless a place is really good. This place was super accommodating to our group of 5 and definitely didn’t disappoint. You get way beyond just a foot massage for $ 20! Highly recommend! I hope this place stays open despite the struggle of small businesses nowadays!

Typical massage place, it’s much cheaper than the one inside the mall. The massage is ok but not professional unlike my usual spot at the downtown. Might go back and give them another chance.

Felt like a real reflexology massage. Their foot massage was really good for the price. The place was nice and quiet. I do see how some other reviews complained about how they felt like they were being violated though.

Got a full body massage over the weekend. Felt like I was getting rape. Not professional at all, plus the massage hurt.

Looks like this place is under new management. I have been coming here pretty frequent. When I first got this card I was to I would receive a free massage when I bought my 10th one. Now the owner took my card and put $ 20 on it. It’s not free anymore. They changed the prices and I’m outraged with the $ 20 fee. I have to find a new place to get a massage now. I mean who does this. Don’t waste your time. Too bad u lost a customer foot spa!

I will never come here again. I felt very uncomfortable. The man who massaged me was way to close to my private parts. When I tried to complain, the woman I spoke to had no idea what I was saying since English is not her first language. I feel very violated.

My wife and I are foot massage afficiandos. We dropped in today trying to kill an hour before having to pick up our son from a paintball game. We saw another foot massage place at the Mall next door but they charges $ 40/hour. The other foot massage [places in the area charge no more than $ 25, so we went to Foot Spa right across the street. We were glad we did. They advertise a foot massage for $ 18/hour. The place is pretty standard as far as foot massage places go nothing special. It was clean, but more importantly it was quiet. Some places play the music too loud. The volume at this place was just right. We were taken to our massage beds and had out feet put in warm small tubs of water. Our masseuses were great. I had a woman and my wife had a man. The pressure was perfect. I know I am getting a great massage if I am trying to fight off falling asleep. By the the time she got to my second foot I was in that zone between consciousnesses and sleep. Whe she got to my upper shoulder and back, she began to dig into the many knots. It felt soo good. My wife also agreed that her massage was one of the best she’s had in some time. We were so satisfied that we gave our masseuses $ 12 tips each. It was a $ 30 well spent. Next time you are at Solano Mall and have a need to sooth your sore feet and tired body form all that shopping, head across the street for one of their massages. A bargain at any price.

My first time here getting the 40 minute massage and 20 minute back massage in their grand room a few days ago for just $ 18. I would say the massage was excellent; however, I gave it a 3 star because there was too much noise coming from next door, which is Hometown Buffet. Not a really great spot to have a massage when you hear talking, and thumping sounds from next door. Another thing was that when I was getting my foot massage the staff workers would socialize when generally people get massage during quiet time. I will go there again and hopefully they can show me talking during quiet time is not a daily habit.

Not a bad place to go to if your in a budget but want to relax. Their place is quiet compare to other places. I did the $ 18 deal where they did back and foot massage just to try it out. I went here because I was having a really bad back ache for days, and when I got here to get my massage I felt so much better. The place is clean. I would probably try the full body massage next time.
