This is where Unilocal needs to accommodate with ½ star options. Ganim’s deserves better than 3 but not quite 4. So what to do???
Small but nice selections. They had some trees I should have purchased and they disappeared while I was making up my mind… So don’t hesitate here. Their hanging baskets are great quality. Some unusual tree specimen worth checking out. I believe they’re known for their roses but I’ve not purchased any from them yet. Perhaps this is my year???
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful.
Some things seemed a little steep in price while others seemed on par. Check them out and write your own review!

These reviews seem very old, and I had a completely different experience. Kevin assisted us in choosing plants for our new home. He spent a lot of time with us touring the garden center, suggesting plants based on our sunlight, soil and size. He was very knowledgable on all species and the plant needs. We then returned a week later and another gentleman was very helpful as we purchased about 6 bushes and trees. I plan to go back again soon to continue our project.

Although they are a Fairfield staple & they do offer a vast & ample variety of what one expects of a garden center– I believe them to be very expensive & their plants have not always been hardy. The service isn’t there either. The owner is usually on site & is adept in horticulture as you would expect but the service isn’t there. They offer a ton of herbs, shrubs trees, flow flats & varieties of things that are harder to find but– I don’t feel I’ve ever gotten what I’ve paid for here.
