I don’t come here often so the staff is usually different each time I come in to either pick up or reserve a game. Regardless, my experience over the years has been mostly good, only a one or two incidents where I bought a used game and the disc was missing inside, but other than that I havent had any major problems with this gamestop.

Bought a bunch of used games because of a special, but when I opened one I realized one of the cases was empty with no disc. I didn’t check that specific case til after the 1 week grave period. Granted, it is partly my fault for trusting them and not checking for myself, but it also shows how disorganized their stock is.

This store usually has most of the new game releases in stock. There is only a few times I can recall that they didn’t. If this store doesn’t have I usually end up going inside the mall to try my luck

My kids would go crazy without a Game Stop in town, but what makes this one so great is the staff. They actually remember all the customers. They know what systems you have, what fandoms you’re into, and they will recommend things and ask if you want to pre-​order. They’re just amazing in the quality of attention and service they give their customers. The downside to this is you may have to wait a long time in line because they are devoted to each person who steps up to the counter (of course this is very nice when it’s your turn). :)

I always go to this GameStop for my games. The one inside the mall is good too but I like this one because all the games I’m into and want are always here! And I love doing preorders with them. Everyone here is always helpful and nice and know what’s up when your looking for something for example a perfect headset for a PS3 without paying a bunch of money but still has good quality a headset should have. These guys are great!

I don’t go anywhere else for my games. The employees here are highly professional and the store provides a wide variety of games. But if you’re a pc gamer like me – there are limited choices. It’s okay though cause I have a 360 as back up.

I always have a great experience at gamestop. Being a girl into video games can be intimidating but the employees are super cool (girl employees as well). I love that they know so much about games and different platforms.
Midnight releases usually go really well and I like that they do raffles and giveaways, they make it into a fun event rather than just a line.

I usually don’t purchase my video games or accessories from GameStop, but I’ve bought several games and my wireless playstation 3 headset from here. I haven’t had any complaints with the store or its staff. Will I continue to shop here? If they continue to have sales on video games that I passed on previously and there’s a major price drop on said video game, then yes.

This isn’t my main store where I buy my video games but I tend to go here when I want to browse or buy a random game (either new or used) right there on the spot. Each time I’ve been to the location the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when it came to finding a specific game or even cords for my old N64. hahah!

I would choose a different gamestop next time. Wait time in line is too long, could have been because of shift change, but store seemed understaffed. Bought a refurbished Xbox 360, got home only to find out that it didn’t come with a hard drive… We weren’t advised by the staff of this, I called and asked for them to give a discount if we brought it back in exchange for one that did (was told «no»). Just wasn’t an overall pleasant experience… All of the equipment bought here does work well though!
