Great family friendly environment with great food and wonderful friendly staff. i once had their cowboy ribeye steak the priciest steak on the menu and it was worth every penny believe me. bartenders are very attentive and caring whether its busy or not and their weekly specials on food and drinks are to die for. this place tends to get packed friday saturday and sunday nights due to how great of an establishment they are give em a try its worth the wait if its crowded here!

Exceptional value for great food for your dollar. More importantly is the staff who are talented, professional and very fairly portray the owner. Witnessed the owner walk in the front door and stop by each restaurant and lounge table as well as the bar to make sure everyone was happy.

I came here on a rainy Saturday night. It was pretty crowded but the wait wasn’t too long. We were able to sit at the bar and grab a drink while we waited for our table. As an app I tried the balsamic calamari. If you love balsamic flavor then you will love it. For me, the flavor was too overwhelming and drowned out the flavor of the calamari. I’d like to try their plain calamari because you can tell the quality is there. For my meal I ordered the Cuban sandwich. It came with sweet pickles but I substituted those for dill pickles (keeping it in true Cuban sandwich form). O.M.G. I can honestly say that it was the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. Who would’ve thunk it. I’d come back for sure!

Came in because the place is down the street from where I live for the past 5 years. Never went in.. man, I was missing out. The happy hour is a great value, the specials are excellent and the wait staff is attentive.
Prices are super cheap in general and I honestly have nothing bad to say.

Was there last night. Had to wait an hour for our meals. We asked to cancel and get check. The so called himself owner was insulting and pushy, and finally told us to never come back. Would never recommend this location.

Decent prices and good food. The place is usually packed and on a Friday night (possibly saturday too?) the bar gets packed. I guess it’s also sort of a lounge type place after hours as they have a dj. The place does get pretty loud, but not exceedingly so.
I’d check this place out if you’re nearby!

This place is a great place to watch a sporting event. The steaks and food are just as good

A lot bigger of a bar in person then looking at photos online. Very nice bar. Modern. Decent tap selection of craft beer — nothing eye popping. A lot of the usual beers on draft. They have Brooklyn Blast IPA though, which is good. A lot of TV’s. This is a good spot for throwing beers back and watching your choice of sport.

I give it a 5. A little pricey but id say well worth it. Absolutely delicious prime rib yummmmm

We have been here a few times. Sometimes just by ourselves and other times with other families. Always have a good meal, and not just me, but everyone’s meal is good.
A little better than bar food. Definitely not a steakhouse. Outstanding prices.

Don’t let the name fool you, this is more of a sports bar than a steakhouse. Yes, they have steak, but it is a rather small portion of the menu. The majority of the menu is devoted to starters, salads, sandwiches, and a few different burgers… and I’m glad it is!
The traditional American ‘pub grub’ is great. Tasty sandwiches with crispy fries and yummy cole slaw, like the house special Franklin Steak Sandwich, which is a standout.
The beer selection is also quite good (with something for ALL tastes) and priced reasonably. Actually, everything here is priced reasonably. They have interesting daily specials and the service is friendly and (sometimes too) casual.
Lots of TVs and it gets loud, even with a small crowd… so, it’s not exactly somewhere for a first date. Especially on the weekend nights when they often have a DJ spinning dance tracks, that aren’t my cup of tea. Alternatively, with all those TVs, it’s fun to watch games here!
Overall, a great alternative to the chain places like Friday’s, Applebee’s, etc.

Why was I expecting a higher end steak house? Brought an out of town guest tonight and turns out this is a very friendly sports bar. Beer menu tries hard as does the wine list. People are right the marinara for the hotsy totsy shrimp is awesome. My mistake was not considering my surroundings and going for the porterhouse. As thin as it was it was cooked as requested but for some reason I had Ruth’s Chris in mind or at the very least Arthur’s thickness. Oh well, my guest liked his NY Strip and he paid the check so not too bad. Vibe was good but steakhouse in the name threw me. No biggie I’d come back for a college hoop game and sit at the bar.

Very disappointed. Walked in last night (Saturday) to have dinner. About 2 minutes after waiting at the front desk for the girl to seat us, a bar fight broke out. It was only 8:30 and we had our 3y/​o with us along with me being 8 months pregnant. Cops finally came but no one was doing anything about it. The hostess said ok your table is ready, and was going to take us back towards the fight — really? Management needed to step in and the hostesses needed to not be so dumb. The hostess said they’ve been drinking (meaning the people fighting) since 12, so what do you think is going to happen?! Well, a responsible place would have stopped serving them!

My boyfriend and I randomly stopped here after a long Sunday morning to grab a bite to eat and to watch some football. We were pleasantly surprised of how great this place was.
They have a ton of TVs which was great for football! For lunch we each had a cup of lobster bisque which was excellent & then we split chicken and steak fajitas! It was a lot of food and perfect to split! Not to mention delicious. As a server myself, the service was great.
Overall we really liked this place and we will be back!

Saturday night and it’s packed. 45 minute wait but we found seats at the bar so that’s where we ate. Great menu and great people. We each had the Montclair salad. Try it if you never have you will love it. Strip steak for my Sandra and a Delmonico for me. Both cooked to perfection. Steaks took a little longer to come out than usual cause place was so busy. No worries though we just had one more drink.

Love this place. Always a good meal. Great place for happy hour, family dinner, or Sunday football. Try the Franklin Mac burger, it’s awesome.

My first time here… staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant is more of a tavern than a steakhouse. Very clean, tv screens everywhere, casual attire. We ordered the fish trio for appetizer and steaks for dinner. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. I gave 4 stars because the food was served room temperature. Not even warm…
Dessert menu is weak.

Been here 3 times so far and it keeps getting better! The steak fajitas are delicious and drenched in onions, green and red peppers! my favorite. They don’t cheap it out just because its fajitas, they give you a lot of steak! Going again this Sunday with the in-​laws for a steak this time because after all it is a steakhouse!

A great and classic place where eat some good burgers and drink a good beer. No more, no less. A lot of tv screens (really, a lot!) casting every kind of live sport.
The staff is kind and the place is warm; relax and have a beer with your friends.

It’s okay… came here weeknight with friends for dinner and couple drinks. Wed was karaōke night which was mildly entertaining but was still not too crowded with the most random group of customers.
Place has two entrances, one for bar and one for restaurant which I didn’t really get since they brought you to the same place. Food was average. We ordered salads and wings. I would only come here for beer and bar food for drinks after work. Nothing special.
They do have specials each night and coupons going around in papers. We stayed for two hours and had four different waitresses. None of them seemed to care. Don’t get me wrong, they did their job and were not rude but again… nothing special. We had to flag them down if wanted something and they brought us check before asking if we were done.
