Everdry Foundation Waterproofing

Indianapolis, IN– Very disappointed in the work quality, honesty, and professionalism of this company. I spent nearly $ 17k on this basement waterproofing job. They were not honest and upfront with me about how they were going to tear my basement and outside perimeter of my home apart prior to the job. Also did not disclose what a filthy, disgusting dusty mess it was going to be. It is going to take a good deal of money to get my basement back into a livable order. It is a very destructible job. I have not had any problem with the water draining mechanism as of yet but the job clean up was beyond poor. The crew looked like a chain gang, very sloppy and messy and I found they wrote obsenities in the dust that there work left behind on my furniture. It has taken them a month to get a couple guys back out here to try and smooth out some of the concrete patch work they did and clean up some of the mess they left outside. I will just say I would not reommend this company unless you are standing over top of them for the whole process. I expected much better quality and professional service for 17 grand. I was sadly dissapointed. Do your homework extinsively before getting this done. Your home will not be anywhere near returned to what it looked like before the work is done. It was like sending in a wrecking crew. Major rip off for 17k. Also, they went over the amount of time they said it would take to complete the job and it still looked rushed. They love to prey on your fears and take advantage of your lack of knowledge in the waterproofing process.

Investors need to be aware that this company is unable to work with anyone other than an owner occupant that is occupying the property.

I called to get a free estimate because we got a few small «trickles» in our basement recently. The «salesperson» reminded me of a Used Car Salesman! It was ridiculous! He parked in my driveway even though it was obvious he should have parked on the street, he did not remove his boots and just started walking through my home. He was talking really fast and then… he called me «Darlin» !!! Besides that his «song and dance» ended up being a $ 20,000 estimate??? We’ve had other estimates and the most was $ 3,000. Regardless, due to his behavior I would not use this company, nor recommend them.

TOO DIFFICULT to get them to come out. they want everybody on title on the home to be there, so both you and your spouse have to lose time off work and wait for them. a property manager, investor, landlord, lawyer, and contractor dont qualify either. so this company is only good for single people and NON joint owners, or the 10 of you would have to agree to be there on the prop like its thanksgiving for an estimate. useless and impractical non real world expectation. Their plan is to upsell everyone into obviously, such an old trick.

So far we have been very pleased with the work Everdry did in our basement. When we called we were standing in water and experiencing a significant mold problem. Since their work was completed, our basement has been bone dry. The air purifier they installed removed the damp and moldy odor right away. Our foreman and crew were efficient and respectful. They got the job done in less time than they had estimated. We had one complication with our sump pump since its installation, and Everdry responded quickly and fixed the problem. As they informed us, instead of flooding the basement, the water all left the house through an overflow pipe until the repair was complete. It has been less than a year since we had the work done, but at this point we can attest that we are satisfied customers.
