Dutch Bros. Coffee

Not a fan of this location. The staff lacks the high energy the baristas in Dixon and Davis possess. Most of the time, they seem to not want to be there. It seems that their energy is shallow and forced. If I didn’t go to Davis or Dixon’s location, I would rate this place mediocre to okaaaay. However, since there is an expectation set by the other locations, it’s hard not to compare this location with the others. This location is 10 minutes from my house, but I’ll drive the extra 10 – 15 minutes east bound just to receive genuine high energy.

Usually when I come here they move the cars out in pretty good time. This time I chose the line with only one person waiting at the window. When I got there I expected that they were just waiting for their drink, but then they drove off without anything and I realized I had just waited over ten minutes so the barista could talk to her friend. I’m usually a patient person but come on! That was so rude. I told her I changed my mind and drove off. That pissed me off.

Drinks are fine. Customer service and wait times leaves something to be desired. Just got done sitting behind one car for ten minutes as the barista leaned out the window talking away. They even left without a drink. I wonder if the Dutch Bros sticker decal on the back of the car had anything to do with that.

Double chocolate mocha, blended, with whipped cream. Make it «picture perfect» for chocolate sauce in the cup and on the whipped cream. AMAZING. Awesome service as well. Haven’t been to Starbucks since.

Line moves fast n it’s only drive through with two windows. The guy was funny n friendly. $ 4 for a medium white chocolate mocha! n is the size of a venti at Starbucks… dang I wonder what the large looks like n that’s $ 5 still cheaper than the Starbucks venti drink I get iced! Wish they had this coffee shop in my location. I was just visiting but was with a aunty that works close by. The guy offered a reward card n marked it for 3 for my aunty. She says it taste good here n will definitely come back. I would as well when I come to visit this way agn. Also the kids not so hot is cute n a yummy treat for less than $ 2. I like the rubber straw coz my baby likes to bite her straw n that’s perfect!

Love this little drive thru coffee place. The service is quick and cashiers are friendly even offering free drinks our first visit! I had an ER911 and let’s say it is NOT for the faint of heart. I literally felt like my heart was bursting. So moral of that story is don’t drink ER911 on an empty stomach. It’s not in the best part of town nor is it close to us which I won’t drive out of my eay, but the boyfriend likes it enough and a frequent there ½ a month.

Absolutely love this place! I feel bad for overlooking it for so long :(my fav hot drink is the white chocolate mocha… My favorite iced drink is the Bob.
The workers are always super friendly and it makes the drive to Fairfield worth it… I live in Vacaville.
Now why don’t they put one of these on Vacaville?!

I love Dutch Bros. Coffee. The energy here is enough to power a small village, everyone is always so positive and nice.

I love this Dutch Bros. The workers are always SUPER friendly and helpful. I usually get the same drink every time I go and it’s always how I like it. On the other hand, my friend always tries something new and is never disappointed. I love that they have a stamp card, so when you buy so many drinks you get one free.
The only downfall to this location is that it is the only one in town and is usually very busy. Although, it’s always worth the wait!

If you’re in the mood for a creamy, slightly sweet, coffee beverage, then Dutch Bros is the place for you. My gf and I found the drinks to be weak on caffeine, but great in flavor. They were not overly sweet like starbucks drinks. We got the white cookie blended, and an annihilator. Both were great things to sip on a hot day. They have a secret menu, and can customize drinks according to your tastes!
Also the workers are full of energy and witty. It was a great experience.

This coffee place is not near me :(but whenever I see a Dutch Bro, it’s a must go! I get the anhilator or the White Russian. They are both good and very similar to a white mocha. There are so many other drinks on their menu that I can’t wait to try.
The staff are very friendly! They saw my son on the back and they gave him this little straw with whip cream, his eyes got so big and was a happy kid.
They definitely know how to make you come back. And I will definitely will.

Came here one day with the family after shopping and reading all the hype. Unique spot with two drive thru lanes. Even with two drive thru lanes, the lines are long. Don’t get discouraged though, they do move quite quickly!
Their menu ranges from coffee drinks to smoothies. My brother and mom ordered two different coffee blended drinks — the Kicker and the Annihilator. The little nephew ordered a mango smoothie. I tried all three. Both coffees were good for dessert but not for your usual caffeine fix. They were overly sweet. The mango smoothie was advertised to be made with real fruit, but it tasted like they just pumped some Torani syrup and called it a day.
Aside from the major sweet tooth satisfaction you’ll get from this place, the energy is also contagious. The staff are very happy and friendly. If it’s your first time here, your drink is free! The drinks itself are really cheap anyway. Good place for people who like their coffee sweet rather than strong. Other than that, I’m not sure why the hype is so huge.

OH MIE GAWD!!! I’m Psycho OBSESSED with this place! My cousins have been raving about this place for a long time and I’ve been wanting to pay a visit for the longest time but I live all the way in San Diego. I visited family over the weekend and my brother-​in-​law-​to-​be drove me here after church as our church only serves tang and hot coffee for coffee and donut Sunday.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my coffee to taste like melted ice cream, super duper sweet! Per the barista’s recommendation I ordered the iced Pocahontas which is caramel and white chocolate mocha… OMFG I DIED! SO DAMN GOOD!

Their large size is HUGE! Like a bucket, for a normal person just stick with the medium.
Plus they give out FREE stickers!!!

Dutch bros is the best coffee in town! I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. It’s always a pleasure to have a drink here because the customer service has been excellent! I’ve also visited other locations in Oregon and Washington state and they’re all great people! Great drinks! I am a returning customer!

When it comes to my coffee drinks, I’m the kind of person that needs to get my fix everyday. And lets face it, no matter how hard I try to make my own espresso drinks at home, it’s never as good when I get it from a coffee shop.
Dutch Brothers never fails to serve me a delicious drink that always gets the job done. I’ve tried a few of their drinks, but nothing ever hits the spot quite like one of their SECRET MENU ITEMS: an Iced Ninja Turtle (basically an Iced Mocha with added mint flavor). What makes their mocha drinks even more delicious, is that they use chocolate milk instead of regular milk! Chocolate lovers paradise! Not to mention, their size medium is the size of a Starbucks Venti and is even a few dollars cheaper!
The only downside is that there is usually a long line of cars no matter what time I’ve been. But if there is a line, it must mean they’re good, right? Also, be prepared to have friendly and funny conversation with the employees there. I’m pretty sure I’ve been there when all the employees were about to shot gun a redbull! Talk about an energy rush!

I was curious about this coffee place why it has 4−½ stars review so I went to check it out and at the same time get my morning coffee. To my surprise, I thought it was a café where you can go in to the store and order your drink then maybe find a place to sit down and enjoy your coffee. It was a small cute building and it’s a drive thru coffee stand. The lady took my order and she asked me if I have a stamped card. I didn’t know what she meant by that and I told her that it’s my first time to get coffee at their place. Then with her pleasant smile, she said, as a new customer, I am giving you a free coffee in the house just for coming here. And I will give you a stamped card that you can present and have it stamped each time you get coffee and after buying 10 cups of coffee, the 11^th cup is free.
I did not expect this at all. Free coffee as a compliment for being a first time customer. On top of that, good customer service and the coffee I ordered was good. Now I believe why customers gave this coffee stand a 4−½ stars. Good job Dutch Bros. Coffee. You earned a 4-​star review from me. Continue to do a great job.
