Classic and hilarious dive bar. There is a motley mosh of all ages and –talents-. You must go at least once. Do not go alone.

I will not be back to this place. The bartender and drinks were great, but DJ Charles needs to update his karaōke selection and equipment. Lucky I was with some fun friends or I would have left after one drink.

Service is pretty poor, very I don’t know how to make a kamikaze type of thing, furniture looks decent, they only have two pool tables, ¾ a game, drinks price is too high, bathrooms are clean. Not too impressived.

PLEASANTLYDECEIVING From outside, you see a dark-wooded, dead-quiet establishment, with no windows, along a country road at the edge of town — very low key. Step inside and you’ll be charmed. 1) It’s very well-lit(safe) 2) Bartender is welcoming(got carded every time but she’s just doing her job) 3) Drinks are very cheap($ 3 beers, or $ 6 – 9 pitchers)(cash only, ATM on site) 4) Pool($ 0.50−0.75) & shuffleboard(free)(played cards once too w/o hassle) 5) Two TVs(football, soccer…) and a bar top mini-arcade 6) Patrons of all ages/backgrounds are laid back(didn’t feel out of place) 7) It’s surprisingly spacious(lots of people but there’s always a table) 8) Jukebox/karaōke/MC(R&B, Country…) not loud(can converse w/o yelling) 9) MC on some nights knows everyone’s names & encourages karaōke/dancing (awesome, especially if you don’t mind being seen while doing it) There’s a corner for everyone here which is good because there’s nothing else nearby except farms/neighborhoods. Welcome to Cloud 9 — Fairfield’s little secret. (-1 star for cash only)

This is a nice little dive bar with an old school juke box(no internet). If you look underage you will get carded; its the law. I was there when Kevin W. and his friend attempted to drink underage. They knew they werent getting in and said they were leaving before she even got back to them with the I.D.‘s. As far as throwing out a racist card people from all ethnic backgrounds and age groups enjoy themselves at this bar. It takes some nerve to bash an establishment and employee when you are trying to drink illegally. Dont come back until your 21.

Blond female bartender was extremely rude. She mean mugged me and my friend as soon as we entered the bar. When I approached to order a drink she rudely asked to see me and my friends ids. She went behind the bar and returned 3 minutes later and said, «This doesn’t look like you, or you either». In other words you are not welcome here. Not trying to pull the race card, but me and my friend are black. Or maybe they don’t like outsiders. What ever the case maybe, never returning here.

It is a fun place to go to. A mixed crowd of young and older adults. The old DJ Jack was great but the new guy likes to hear himself sing more and not as many people get to sing as before. Other wise the bartenders are great especially Pam. She is on top of things and nice all the time.

Used to be the best little bar in Fairfield! Good people, cheep beer, no drama, good karaōke & pool tables. The main reason that we went was for the karaōke. Well they got rid of Jack, who was awesome, and now the new guy has an old music selection and none of our favorite songs! I’d rather not drive to Suisun A&J’s, but cloud 9 just isn’t as fun anymore. Get a new dj!

We stopped by with a fellow Unilocaler(Rani S.) as we lover our dive bars, plus it was the only one open. very large floor. old school Juke box, two pool tables, .50 a game or .75.depending on which one you happen to get. There is a nice out door area for you smokers. nice and dark inside, which is how I like it, the drinks were reasonably priced and well poured, and the bartender took the time to check on us, making sure we didn’t run out of booze… the ladies told me that there bathroom was clean and smelled great. can’t say the same about the mens though, clean, but smelled horid, to the point I had to hold my breath while I took a whiz. but small price to pay.

Having grown up in Fairfield I spent my whole life driving past Cloud 9 and was always curious about the place. When I finally hit my 21st birthday some years ago I decided to give the place a try. Though it looks a little rough on the outside the inside is kept clean for a place filled with intoxicated people. Here you’ll find Solano County’s only fully operational shuffleboard(which is really fun after you’ve had a few) and cheap drinks that are strong, but not TOO strong. There’s about three or four pool tables in the back part of the bar and an area out back where you can take your drink with if you wanna have a smoke. The area out back also has a portable covering(similiar to one you’d bring camping, but perhaps a bit larger) that helps with the wind that can tear through there. They also do beer pong on certain nights and have karaōke with a DJ on others. It’s a fun place to be on those nights and you could certainly make some new friends if you were open to it. There’s an ATM inside as well as a juke box. The bathrooms(at least the womens) have always been clean when I’ve gone. This is the kind of place you go when you need a stiff drink at a good price and some new friendly faces to talk to. I’ll continue coming in for years to come on days when I need that extra something. Even if it’s not the fanciest place in town, it’s still one of my favorites.

I’ve driven past this seedy little lounge plenty of times and I finally checked it out this past weekend. In all honesty, the bar looks like somewhere you’d go to get raped. The bar is off a main road that’s lit up nice, but Cloud 9 does little to light their establishment. The dive bar is definitely a main staple of the area and is loved by the regulars. I personally don’t see the attraction, then again, a western themed bar isn’t really my kind of thing nor is karaōke. I guess I’m more of a city dive bar kind of a person. that or I want strippers in the background while I drink. In my two visits, I saw the same employee working both nights with regulars helping her out. The lady was kind and polite on both visits. Prices are cheap because they have to be. Ultimately, I guess it really depends on what you’re looking for in a bar, but personally, I’ll keep on driving next time.

Living walking distance from this bar is the definitely a plus. I have been here many times and never once can I say I’ve had a bad experience. The bartenders could be a little more upbeat but either way its a great place to have a good drink. The drinks are not pricey at all and always good. I recommend trying a «Wet One», if you like a strawberry milkshake this is the drink for you but be careful as they can sneak up on you. Its never too crowed and always something to do either outside, playing pool, hitting up the karaōke or just kicking back having a god drink! Needless to say I highly recommend this dive bar if your in need of a nice casual night out with a few drinks.

You know you’re a regular when your pictures appear on the Unilocal page. Ha. This is, hands down, my favorite bar in the world. I go to the Cloud on karaōke nights(Fridays and Saturdays), and sing my little heart out. The crowd is always friendly, as is the staff. In fact, the DJ saved a list of favorite songs that my friends and I like to sing and dance to. Pat, the bartender, is very sweet and makes excellent drinks. I always have a blast there, without fail. I feel that I can be myself there without being judged, which is probably why I’m a singing and dancing fool whenever I go. :)

This is a place where people go who honestly have no clue what the hell they are doing. Last time I was here I witnessed a semi-fight outside where a 25 year old local tried to start something with a 50 year old out front. It was a piss poor attempt at a fight because the young guy was just trying to look tough for his girlfriend. I am surprised the cops aren’t sitting outside this joint waiting for something to go down. It looks like there would be illegal gambling going on inside a basement from the appearances of the outside of this place. I would be scared to go here by myself as the appearance is not inviting. The drinks are strong enough to keep me coming and I enjoy the stories I have to tell the next day, or next year.

This bar is great! Love their $ 3 Cranberry Vodkas! They only have 2 pool tables but I’ve never had to wait long to play. I don’t sing Karaōke but I enjoy watching others, and they’re all GOOD! Not too crowded so no one can spill their drinks on you! Hahaha… pretty much I would recommend this lil dive bar to anyone whose looking for a laid-back night of fun!

I absolutely love this bar. Its like walking into a white trash Cheers but you honestly don’t want anyone to know your name. The beer selection is tops: Miller Lite, Bud Lite, and Coors Lite, all on tap! Is it the same keg? Maybe. But seriously really fun place. Not too crowded. Pam the bartender is a total trip. Karaōke here is amazing especially when hosted by DJDEBBIE T! Debbie T in the house! Debbie T, please have my children. Best. kj. ever. I think she hosts the last Saturday of each month. Worth the wait.

Best effing bar in Solano County, hands down. If you don’t mind gettin’ your drink on with old war veterans and the town’s locals… then do yourself a favor and give this karaōke bar a try.
