It tasted really good.
Food took 2 min. I had a 8pc chicken nuggets and fries. They were amazing.

I am writing this review solely on three things, as follows: Criss cut fries, friendly service and that Polynesian sauce.
I travel all around the North & East Bay for work purposes as my main field of expertise is working with the VA. Due to Travis Airforce base in the area, the David Grant Medical Center and many VA hospitals, it gives me an excuse to hit up Chik-​Fil-​A.
I’ve eaten their salads minus the chicken, and of course, their delicious criss cut fries. If you bring the kids inside, there is a nice, clean and fairly large «climber» and play structure. Service in the dining area is friendly, and I’ve always had good luck in the drive-​thru too. I enjoy the dipping sauces, all are super tasty, but my heart beats for that Polynesian sauce. I usually keep one stashed in my car for emergency purposes.

Took my wife here for a quick bite to eat this evening. The restaurant was clean and presentable (including the restroom). Not only was the food delicious, but the service was prompt and courteous. Thumbs up all the way around.

Just tried it for the first time with my boyfriend. We had a spicy chicken delux and chicken strips and waffle fries. All fresh and on point and we got through the busy line in a fast time.

I am a chick fil a fanatic. When this first opened, I loved it. But every time I have picked up food here over the last year it has been disappointing. I keep going back hoping it will be better again and it hasn’t. I always get overcooked waffle fries with no salt on them and my chicken has a lot of fat/​gristle and nasty hard pieces of breading all over my chicken. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor this week when I attempted to eat here for the last time. So sad. Hope vacaville is better.

The girl at the cashier don’t know how to explain and looked like she wasn’t train good. I did not like the nugget because it was dried and burnt.

I give it 4 stars, could be better such as all natural sauces (no chemicals). But overall, its the best fast food option.
Biggest pro is how they make it family friendly with plenty of high chairs, cleaning wipes, and more.

I had never had Chick-​fil-​A before but had heard the hype. I got the chicken deluxe with waffle fries and some nuggets. The price for the food is cheap but I didn’t find anything special in terms of flavor. The chicken sandwich tasted slightly dry and had way too many pickles that made the sandwich too tart for my taste. The waffle fries were bland and not crispy at all. The nuggets were pretty good and they tasted like real chicken (let’s be real, McDonald’s nuggets do not taste like real chicken but are freakin’ DELICIOUS) but the ranch dressing I requested was pretty bland as well so I went sans sauce for the nuggets. I’d go back merely for the nuggets and price if it were nearby but I wouldn’t actively seek out Chick-​fil-​A.
Oh, and in spite of the food being mediocre, I would say the employees are super friendly and courteous so plus one star for that! The drive-​thru line was long but went by surprisingly fast (not sure if that’s necessarily a good thing or bad…).

Tuesday’s are military day. Military gets a free entrée 1 – 4 you just need to show your Military ID.
There also is a play place inside. Great for kids to play and you sit and watch them.

Super busy and of course they got our order wrong.

So when this place first opened, I got on the news for saying that this place has the «BEST CHICKEN IN TOWN!» haha and I meant it. This place is such a great chain, it got upgraded to its own standalone restaurant outside of the mall and it was a great decision! The place now houses an indoor playhouse for kids and has a bunch of seating.
I remember the first time I came here I didn’t know what to get. I decided that I would get the spicy chicken deluxe and it was a match-​made in heaven since then. Every time I come here I get the #4 with chick-​fil-​a sauce.
I love that they are NOT STINGY AT ALL with their sauces either. Every other ‘fast-​food-​like’ place has started charging for extra sauce so it’s really nice that you can keep asking for more. My dad is the type that asks for more right before we leave so that we can have some lying around at home.
ANDDD THEY HAVE A BREAKFAST MENU! I didn’t even know that this existed until recently but, if you make it up in the morning, their breakfast menu is bomb and so affordable! My favorite is their spicy chicken biscuit but their chicken egg bagel item is also to die for! If you get the meal, you also gets hash brown coins which are super good. Grab some ranch and it’s literally a breakfast party!
Lastly, they have a dual drive thru for those who want their chicken and want to hit the road.
This place is a 5STAR for their awesome location, food, customer service, and drive-​thru accessibility.

They’re always so nice here. Their customer service is definitely awesome, either inside or waiting at the drive thru.
My only issue is that if they close one lane at the drive thru the line gets super long and overflows onto the street. Then it’s hard to get out of the drive way.
Other than that, we love it!

The employees are sooooooo nice and helpful here! The place is always clean and orderly. The food is amazing of course. But my favorite drink right now is the Frosted Lemonade! That thing should come on Large and Extra Large. I’m pretty sure I could drink a 64oz size of that stuff.

Probably the best spot to eat some fast food (that’s somewhat healthier than other choices). The young staff here are always cheerful and have an overall nice demeanor. My girlfriend just about only eats chicken, so we’ve frequented this spot quite a few times. The place is well run and always clean. I find it hard to try and remember the last time I was disappointed during a visit here. A lady will usually come by and even ask to take your trash away, or give you a refill! That’s some great service. The food is great too. I really enjoy the freshness of everything overall. I will continue to keep coming to this Chik Fil A for the great food and service!

It’s BARELY just after 7 am and I am driving from the Bay area back home to Tahoe when SCREEEECH — how did I never notice that this Chick Fil A was just off I-​80? I pull in, hoping against hope that they might be nice to me and make me a regular Chick Fil A sandwich (extra pickles, always always extra pickles and fresh hot waffle fries!) even though it’s the crack of dawn and they only have their breakfast menu up.
Lo and behold, they can — but not until it’s 9 am. I look at my watch. It’s only 7:07 am. Sigh. Not their fault.
I opt for the biscuit and chicken sandwich which comes with tater tots. All good.
It is what it is — I live 2 hours from the nearest Chick Fil A to Tahoe (Roseville), so this is just a rare treat for me.
PRO-​TIP: Free wifi!
PRO-​TIP: They’ll happily refill your cup for you, but YOU MUST REMOVE THE LID AND STRAW. They act all offended and such if it’s only lifted away, not completely removed from the cup itself.
PRO-​TIP: I don’t know what it is about these styrofoam cups, but they are fantastic for keeping drinks ice ice cold, especially useful if you are in the car in the middle of a road trip.

Okay, I come to Chick-​fil-​A waaaaaaay too often. It’s so good though. Their waffle fries are absolutely addicting. They aren’t so salty or greasy that you die of thirst if you don’t get a drink. Speaking of drinks, you HAVE to try the lemonade. It doesn’t taste like that super concentrated Minute Maid crap, it truly has a freshly squeezed naturally sugared flavor.
Now the drive-​thru lines can get crazy if you come at the wrong time. Come between 11 – 1 and the line will sometimes snake into the parking lot driveway & street. There are two drive-​thru windows which does help speed up things a bit, but when you have a big ass SUV order for the entire car of people in front of you it can be slow. The workers have always been pleasant, despite being crazy busy during the lunchtime rush. I’ve never had my order messed up which is an amazing thing for a fast food restaurant to accomplish.
Whether I get my food inside or brave the drive-​thru, their yummy food will always hit the spot when I’m having a fast food craving. Simply put, Chick-​fil-​A is awesome.

We’ve been to a lot of CFA’S in the past as we are one of their biggest fans! This location is right off the freeway although we were coming the opposite way than we normally do. So of course we had to make a U-​turn heading back toward their restaurant.
I like how their setup is with plenty of parking in their lot and large drive through though we normally have to go inside as we usually have to hit the restroom which usually is clean. There is a sign for restaurant customers only. The food here can’t be beat and this month’s calendar card was for chicken nuggets. Yummy what a great snack!!!
It served the purpose & we often frequent this location bc of it being so close off the freeway! ChickFila: we love you!!! See you soon!!!

This is my second time eating at a Chick-​fil-​A, my first time was the Santa Clarita location in Southern California. Anyways, my first experience was outstanding… like it blew my expectations away in all aspects. Food, customer service, cleanliness.
This location was no exception. Although it was much busier than the other location I went to, the customer service was still pretty good. My only minor complaint was that they didn’t ask us if we wanted dipping sauce. which for returning customers is no biggie since I knew to ask. But for new customers who know nothing of the dipping sauces they offer would have gone away w/​o ever tasting their awesome Chick-​fil-​A sauce.
But all in all, it was a great experience. Despite it being busy, we got our food relatively quickly and had our trays taken away when done. I seriously have gotten much worse service at nicer restaurants. I still find it hard to believe this is a fast food joint. Keep up the good work.

I got my usual spicy chicken sandwich combo here and it tasted exactly the same as it does at every other chick fil a. Awesome. Also, I still stand behind my belief that Chick fil A employees are the happiest, most friendly fast food employees I’ve ever come across. It’s like they were made in a factory mold in the heart of industrial China to receive actual pleasure in things such as but not limited to, providing napkins and extra sauce packets and asking customers about their dining experience.
Hooraaaay Chicken!

For the most part I like Chick-​fil-​A, except for on Sundays when they’re closed, and that’s usually when we want it, and on days when they run out of chicken. Yes, I have gone there before when they’ve run out of chicken. SMH
My favorite meal will always be the #1, with the classic Chick-​fil-​A sandwich, waffle fries, Hi-​C, and Chick-​fil-​A sauce on the side. The soft serves are pretty good too, if you want dessert.
This is one of the few fast-​food joints in town besides In-​N-​Out where you can always find people dining-​in instead of just driving-​thru or taking-​out. Oh, and there’s a play area inside for the kids too.
