Overall terrible service and experience, this is my first pregnancy but I knew getting the same doctor at every visit wasn’t always going to happen. However I never saw the same doctor in all my visits. One was an hour late to the appointment, then they told me even though my apt was schedule before another woman’s she was a new patient so he was going to see her first leaving me to wait another 45min or I could see another doctor(this other doctor rushed my appointment and I felt like I left with questions still). Furthermore, they sent me to another office in Sacramento for the 20week ultrasound to measure the babies organ ect., The proceeding appointments I was always asked if I went because they didn’t see the records of it. Finally I had it, went in and signed transfer ppwk at 30 weeks. A week later I get a call from my new doctor, they still hadn’t received the fax of my records. I called the office and was told they couldn’t locate the form I came in to sign and that they would call me back after looking into it. Finally I hear from them they had misplaced it and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they informed me they have up to 15 days to send the fax.

After explaining the need for high risk OB care for my daughter I was assured that they would be able to help her I just needed to get her records over to them ASAP. I did that then all of a sudden they could not treat her and I needed to go to UC Davis to be seen. We had to remover her from the OB she was in just to get the records over to them now we are looking for qualified«High Risk» OB care and not just someone who likes to place it on their resume.

Best women’s health center/ob/gyn office I have ever visited. They are obviously geared toward women, and the small touches in the office show that. The doctors listen, don’t minimize your symptoms(ladies, how many times have you been told, «Oh every woman has *nameofsymptom*.» Annoying, isn’t it?), and make proper tests for accurate diagnosis. After 20 years of indifferent doctors, I have finally found the ob/gyn office I actually enjoy going to.
