Cartwright Chiropractic and Wellness Center

After I referred my friend to this place. I did enjoy coming here. My back and neck really started to get better. When I initially sat down with Dr. Cartwright to go over my x-​rays he only showed me one x-​ray of my neck out of 8 or 10 x-​rays that I wasted my time getting done at Mercy. He told me that he couldn’t find my other x-​rays, and actually the x-​ray of my neck is the one that he did at his office, so all of the x-​rays were missing. He said Teresa probably sent them out not knowing. She is very unorganized. That turned me all the way off from coming back.
I took off from work to get those x-​rays done and when they misplaced them I was highly upset and didn’t come back. My friend that I referred was highly upset at me as well for sending him here.
His car accident bills were almost posted to his credit report because of how long Teresa took to send his paperwork to his Lawyer. Very unorganized place.
