First time having tried Thai food… I’ll definitely be back. The staff was great they walked both myself and my wife through the entire menu. the food was prepared exactly how we ordered and it was delicious… Drunken noodles with pork and citrus chicken… then dessert came and I fell in love… if you go try the fried bananas or the mango and sticky rice…

Came for lunch with my sister. They accommodate toddlers. They are really nice. I ordered the eggplant tofu lunch, it was good. My sis ordered the yellow curry, it was OK. Kids got chicken fried rice, which was full of msg. They refill drinks constantly. The place was pretty full, lots of regulars.

Best Thai restaurant in town, hands down. Excellent customer service along with the great tasting food. I recommend the chicken wings for an appetizer. The chicken pad thai, panang curry and pad see ew are all delicious. On certain days they have garlic grab noodles as their special and I’d rate it as their best dish. Keep up the excellent service!

The drunken noodles were great. Unfortunately, I also ordered the Tom Kha with vegetables and tofu and the also put chicken in it. I am vegan and they were very helpful when I asked to eliminate fish and oyster sauce, so was hopeful that they would get it right. The positive is that when I called them, they offered me credit and if they could do anything. I appreciate that and that’s why I didn’t dock them too many stars…

Stumbled on this place traveling back to Sac from SF just caught it out the corner of my eye and decided to give it a shot. I gotta say that from the outside you dont really have the greatest hope for a Thai Restaurant in Fairfield just off a freeway ramp next to a CVS. This place is amazing. they have all the usual cast of characters on the menu along with some nice surprises.(the Angel wings being one… Amaze-balls) Word of warning if you are sensitive to spicy I would specify mild as this place likes to serve it hot.(which lucky for me I like). Nice to be surprised and I most definitely was. Great little find. We will be back.

Being a huge fan of Thai food and seeing that this place had a pretty decent rating, I had been wanting to try this place for quite some time. The other night when I didn’t feel like cooking dinner, I decided that I would phone in an order for pick up. They answered the phone very quickly within one or two rings. It sounded loud in the background like the restaurant was pretty busy, so I was definitely appreciative that they answered right away. Sometimes when I get hungry, I start getting impatient and hangry. I ordered pad thai with chicken and shrimp, pumpkin curry with vegetables and tofu, and a side order of sticky rice. The guy told me my food would be ready in 20 mins. Not a long wait at all! I got over there and walked in the restaurant, and they were definitely pretty busy! I wasn’t greeted right away, but after about a minute or two a guy came over and rang me up for my order and I was on my way home. Pad Thai has got to be my favorite Thai food dish so was looking forward to eating that the most. Sadly, the Pad Thai had hardly any peanuts(and possibly didn’t even have any) and was lacking in flavor. The bean sprouts were not mixed in, so they were still cold and crunchy and hiding at the bottom of the to go container. Thankfully the pumpkin curry was a lot better and made up for the bland pad thai. It was both creamy and delicious, with all of the vegetables cooked perfectly. The only thing that would have made it better is if they put a lot more pumpkin. For pumpkin curry, I was expecting a lot more pumpkin than was in it. Overall I would say the food I had was mediocre at best. They did have bottles of Chang in the fridge behind the front counter which I definitely would have enjoyed one if I was dining in. Chang beer is one of the most popular beers in Thailand and having consumed a lot of it when I was there, I was excited to see that they had it availble for dine in customers.

Best customer service! When I walk in the owners are very friendly and courteous. The flavor of the food is phenomenal. My favorite dishes are the lobster fried rice and the angel wings. Every time I come here I always order the lobster fried rice with extra lobster. It tastes amazing! I highly recommend anyone looking for delicious thai food to stop by this place. You will not regret it!

My husband and I love this place. We are truck drivers and have been to many thai places across the country, and this place is by far one of the best. The staff are super friendly and they know what we want to order :) The yellow curry and drunken noodles are my favorite, my husband’s favorite is pad thai and yellow curry as well. Don’t forget to some thai tea too :)

Yum! I met up with a friend today for lunch and we both agree Thai was a good choice. New Years Eve around 3pm and thankfully it was still open. We came in and there was only two other people eating, and I think they were employees of the restaurant. We were greeted and told to sit wherever we’d like and got our menus. Both of us ordered Thai iced teas, which were plenty sweet and delicious. I always order Pad Thai at Thai restaurants and that is what I did today. Started off with an order of vegetarian egg rolls with a standard side of sweet and sour sauce, which were great. My Pad Thai was good and the spice level 3 worked out, and I could’ve gone higher but our server brought a spice tray to add Thai peppers as I please. Came with a side of cabbage which was out of the ordinary, and I didn’t eat any. And lemons, when usually they put limes. All of our food and drinks were prepared and brought to us quickly. Our server was very attentive and brought us waters and offered to refill them several times. He boxed our leftovers for us at the end and we spent some time chatting afterwards and felt no pressure to get out. Good all around.

We ordered take out last night. The food was absolutely delicious. Small portions yes, but it was delicious, full of flavor(angel wings and pad Thai,) creamy(Panang curry) and fresh. I was concerned that I had ordered extra shrimp and was charged for it, but counted it in the final entrée, and there were 4 shrimp. Not to mention, the device was terrible. The 2 ladies working the counter barely paid attention when we were ordering and with a bill of $ 76, the older gal gave me a hard time when I asked for napkins. She handed me 3 pieces. Really?! 3 napkins? I am not counting this, but the restaurant did not provide chopsticks. I was ultimately surprised at that. Minus the service and attitude, I’m sticking to 3 generously reviewed stars.

My dear friend from Canada and I stopped by here on our way back from a shopping/lunching trip to the City. We pulled off 80 and it really was a toss-up between this place and Taco Bell. BP had the best parking and access back to the freeway so a choice was made. To look at this place it was the perfect description of a strip mall restaurant. Things really do happen for a reason. We both had some of the best Thai food we’d ever eaten. I had a rich cup of Tom-Kha @ $ 4.95 and a side of brown rice @ $ 2.00 while my friend ordered chicken yellow curry at $ 9.95 with the Jasmine rice also at $ 2.00. We raved about the deep flavors of both dishes throughout the meal. Service was fast and friendly. Copy of the bill enclosed. I will be back with more friends and family very soon. Keep it up folks.

Very popular place, every seat filled up fast! I had the Cajun shrimp bowl with garlic butter, it was cooked perfectly and loaded with garlic, which is my favorite!

With so many good reviews I was a little disappointed when I did try this place. Not that the food was bad or the service was horrible or anything. My only criticism is that the two items I did order were under seasoned/not too flavorful. Hence 3 stars or what it actually says«A-OK». Bangkok Paradise is really nice, service was attentive for the most part, upkept and clean. But, sadly, the food was just ok. I came here with my sister-n-law and we ordered the pad see ew and red curry. Compared to the other places in town/near by, this place just didn’t cook the items flavorful enough or to my taste preference. Sorry…

By far the best Thai food in the area… Nothing disappoints!!! They are not afraid to get spicy on request. I ordered the chopped chicken basil and it’s amazing, perfectly cooked and full of that Thai flavor I’m looking for. My husband has ordered all kinds of different things from here and everything has been great. We have been back several times and we are always greated by a friendly staff and clean restaurant. I love this place, I just wish I lived closer.

Great, authentic Thai restaurant. I grew up with Thai food my whole life and this is a good reminder of home cooking. I’ve tried several of the satay dishes and vouch that they are all good. The daily specials are always worth a try, especially the seafood dishes. Prices are par for the course and portions are in-line with other similarly priced restaurants. Service is consistently great with attentive, knowledgeable servers. PS: They can and will alter the spiciness to your liking.

Appetizer(1⁄5): I got their fresh spring rolls with shrimp, it came in 3 large pieces cut in half. Each half piece had half a piece of shrimp in it. I was really disappointed with this dish because it was 90% lettuce and there was barely any clear rice noodles or shrimp in the rolls. For 7.95, I wasn’t expecting to only be munching on lettuce. The peanut dipping sauce was really runny and sweet, not the peanut sauce I’m used to eating spring rolls with. Food(5⁄5): I ordered the duck curry, medium spicy with a side of white rice. This place honestly has the best duck curry I’ve ever had. They didn’t skimp on the duck meat, it was great. I seriously have no complaints at all. Price(3.5÷5): I feel like this place overall is 1 dollar more per dish than other thai places I’ve been to, but if everything is as good as the duck curry, it’s well worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend the spring rolls though. Also, I didn’t get to order their desserts, but their mango with sticky rice was actually cheaper here than any other Thai places I’ve been too – so maybe their prices even out? Service(3.5÷5): Our waitress was really sweet but seemed to be scared/jittery. I came in around 8:30 and arrived before my friend, so I decided to get a table for us. A different waitress told me to sit where ever and when I did, my waitress came and asked me if I was ready to order(lol, what?) and then she stopped herself, walked away, and brought me one menu. I told her that I was waiting for a friend, she said«oh,» walked away and brought back another menu… and then she walked away again to bring me two plates and silverware. After all that walking, she asked if I was ready to order again(I didn’t even look at the menu at this point) and I told her no, I was going to wait for my friend and asked if she could bring us some waters. She did, and less than a minute later(didn’t even touch my water) she came to fill up our cups to the top – her hand was shaking the whole time. Overall(4 – 4.5÷5): I would 100% come back here, I want to try their ice thai tea(not sure if they even have it on their menu to be honest, but I’m sure they do), their desserts, and more of their curries!

I really enjoyed my lunch here. I am by no means a Thai food aficionado, this is only my third time eating Thai but man was it tasty. BK and I started out with the chicken satay and it was delicious, the flavor of the sauce jumped out at you… Starting to get hungry again… We ordered family style and went with the citrus chicken, pineapple fried rice, and spicy beef. All of these dishes were exceptional! The one that really stands out is the citrus chicken, the fried chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was splendid. The citrus flavor mixed with the consistency of the chicken mad a great combination. The spicy beef was good too. The beef was both tender and flavorful; a great combination. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Service was good too, our server took the time to explain the different sauces and spices. I will for sure be making another trip!

Maybe a year ago I would give this place a 5 out of 5 start review however my recent visit wasn’t as great. I used to come to this restaurant all the time because it was the best Thai place in town, probably one of the best in general. However, in my recent visit I felt quite a change. Not only in the food but in the service. The service wasn’t as friendly or helpful as before, they seemed more annoyed. It could be they had a bad day or maybe I was asking for too much but if you’re working in customer service all of that shouldn’t even matter. The food was mediocre and the servings got smaller. The only thing that stayed the same was the papaya salad. The papaya salad was still delicious, had the lemon flavor and lots of peppers! I order this every time I come and never am I once disappointed. We also got the combination seafood salad I believe it’s called. This salad’s proportions were mainly noodles and lettuce, barely anything else. It had a more blander taste compared to the papaya salad and I wish the salad came with more seafood. The yellow curry was okay, I did notice they really downgraded the portions because there was barely any broth. There were so much potatoes and it was hard to eat because I like my curry to be brothy. The flavors were good but portion wise it wasn’t enough. The pad Thai was so bland and didn’t taste like pad Thai. The tofu was so fried and didn’t taste juicy at all. The chicken was over cooked and the noodles didn’t have enough sauce. This is definitely not one of their best dishes. The drunken noodles were also one of their bad dishes, to me it tasted like chow fun. There was no flavor to it. I was really disappointed because both of their noodle dishes weren’t good at all. I’m not sure what happened to this place but the food is lacking much flavor, not sure if I’ll be coming back again.

Whenever it’s time to celebrate an occasion with a large group, we always seem to choose Bangkok Paradise. Genial owner and chef Tui is a warm and welcoming presence that caters to our every need. No matter who is out front serving us, the food always comes out quickly and correctly. It’s a great place to bring mixed groups of eaters so long as they all like Thai food. The kids enjoy it since there’s battered ‘n fried entrees that aren’t traditionally Thai, along with other deep fried Thai appetizers We are thrilled that they know what the word«Vegan» actually means. You would be shocked how many Thai places don’t get this concept, despite appearing to be Vegetarian friendly at first glance. If you throw out the«V» word, your’re assured that your food will not be doused in oyster or fish sauce. That earns bonus points from me. I’ve ordered the Drunken Noodles on two occasions here. The first time, they were not all that good. The second time, they were really, really good to the point that I finished the large plate despite not being incredibly full. It is a really greasy, heavy dish so be prepared. The Eggplant Basil is probably my favorite dish here. This last visit, it was spectacular. I suppose it depends on who’s in the kitchen. The eggplant was perfectly cooked in texture as well as having that«smoky» flavor. About the only thing that can’t be Veganized here is the curries except for the Mango Curry. It’s a nice alternative to the other dishes that we usually order, but to me it’s not a real curry unless it’s green. It’s good, but I prefer to order either of the above two dishes over this. If you’re looking for a place to bring a large group, or even have a relaxed date night, Bangkok Paradise is a wise choice should you find yourself in no man’s land area of Fairfield.
