How do I explain this? I think Applebee’s counts and hopes you drink alcohol! At when you eat? Maybe I’m to picky but not this time. This time around the food was the worst our son said his burger was filled with so much Grissel and fat he did not finish it. And my fish was under cooked! And our sever never came back till it wall cold. My wife’s steak/​burger? Was cooked so long it was like shoe leather!
Something went wrong in the kitchen tonight? And it will be a long long long time before we go to anther Applebee’s
And the other sad part we had to stop at McDonalds before we went home.

We seared ourselves had to get our own menu as there was no hostesses at the door. Our waiter was goid and server us fast. Food came out before 15 mins was up.

Honestly some of the more negligent service I have had in a long time. It took exceptionally long to even put in a drink order when the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. The waitress was rude & basically ignored our table. I have worked in food & I know that people have bad days. However, there was no apology, she just hid in the kitchen. Not coming back.

Applebees is one of those places that I somehow end up at pretty often even though it’s not my first choice of places. This location is definitely not the best out of the few I’ve gone to, but it’ll do. It just seems to me that every time I’ve gone to this location the staff are bored or something and my order is either not right or just given to me very mediocrely. I just feel that Applebee’s used to be so much better in general, and over the past few years, I’ve started to wonder how they are still around.
The lunch special is decent and it’s actually the main reason I go. You can get unlimited soup and salads, and the variety on the salads is pretty great. I have only been asked a handful of times if I’d like another serving, but you can get as much as your heart desires.
Will I go back. Sure. It’s here and it’s close, but it’s not a special trip and I don’t think I’d be upset if I didn’t ever return. It’s just… meh… in my opinion.

My 5 sisters and I visited the restruant last Saturday for a dual celebration. 3 of my sisters had birthdays in the same week. We also went to celebrate our mother’s life. She passed last week. Applebee’s was her favorite place to eat. She loved the ribs and made a predictable mess every time she ordered. We were laughing and telling the staff about her antics. A bit later a young man came out with a plate of ribs and served tham to us in honor of our mom. Applebee’s is a business with a heart. The gesture was so kind and very appreciated. this restaurant has had terrible service for the past few years. It has a new manager now, and my wife and friends ate there the other day and the service has gotten worse. for example, a half hour wait for soup and salad, the server blamed «the mexicans» in the kitchen for the wait, and then gave himself a $ 5 tip from off of one of my wife’s friends credit cards. which he may be prosecuted for.
