The Jamaican jerk wrap is pretty good, I’m not going to lie. I ordered it without cheese because cheese is so unnecessary sometimes plus I try to stay away from that crack as much as possible. I asked for a whole wheat tortilla instead but they didn’t have any. There were 3 people behind the counter and it probably took about 30 seconds for one of them to address me and take my order. I definitely wasn’t feeling that. I understand tasking, but customer service takes precedence. My wrap was made in about 2 – 3 minutes and there was no one in front of me or behind me in line.
Tropical smoothie always has coupons so I used the half off one I got on Flip Flop day. My wrap came to $ 3.59 with that and it comes with chips/​fruit. The bananas were a little bruised and they didn’t have my deliciously favorite salt & vinegar Ms. Vickie’s chips.

The mango magic and there flat bread sandwiches are delicious!!! Customer service also Is great

This location just opened and it is very convenient to my office. The staff is friendly and the service can be a little slow depending on the time you go. Which is understandable. The downside to this location are the smoothies. Maybe the blender is not the best but the consistency is never right. Smoothies should be creamy and smooth hence the name. But this location always have chunks of ice and fruit you crunch on. I prefer the Alexandria location across from Wegmanns much much better.

Great smoothies and flavors. It’s nice to be able to add in protein and other powders. The staff is extremely nice, I’ve been in a few times and have never had a bad experience.
It’s also nice they have a happy hour in the early mornings, from I believe 7am-​10am for ½off smoothies.

I am impressed with the lunch selection for kids. Reasonable price for a quesadilla, fruit salad, and kids smoothie. I also enjoyed their salad dressings, salads are fresh and a great addition to a smoothie. I do the smoothie and a half. That with the convenient location will keep us coming back.

SO HAPPY THIS OPENED IN FAIRFAX TOWNE CENTER. I was hooked on T. Smooth after it opened in my hometown years ago and am so happy that I now have one in walking distance from my place. Loved that they gave out really good coupons their first couple weeks, which kept us coming back. Honestly though, we would have come back a lot regardless. The service is so much better than the other healthier eating place in the towne center (oops?) and the food is better IMO as well. Paradise Point, Sunny Day, and Sunrise Sunset will always be my favorites.

Guess it has been a minute since I’ve visited this shopping center because I had NO idea that this was here. I saw it when I popped into palm beach and HAD to drop in. I ordered the thai chicken wrap and thought it was aight. I really dig the totally turkey wrap, but that isn’t really the point, though. This place has the most awesome smoothies ever.
I love that they’ve jumped on the GREEN bandwagon and now I have a place to grab a super healthy green smoothie for lunch (besides the killer one at Panera). I love their old standards like the Sunny Day and Mango Magic smoothies as well. Just watch it because any of these smoothies can VERY easily turn into total calorie bombs. They will make them with Splenda for you if you so desire, but I very much do not — no chemicals to go along with fruit and greens for me, please. I’m VERY into their superfood smoothies — a meal all by themselves.
Nutrition information provided upon request and DO check it out — they keep it under the counter and you will have to ask to see the laminated copy, and you might be surprised that it take a little effort to make healthy decisions in this place as one would assume that it is all fairly healthy what with all the fruit and veg happening. Oh, and those darn power boosts like protein and peanut butter (hello extra 200 cals). But then there is flax, and spinach and kale, oh my!
This restaurant is a little cool, which between the cold smoothie and the chill in the air might be very refreshing in the summer when it is 98% humidity and 98 degrees. For now, I’ll take my smoothie to go and swig with a sweater on. I’m loving this new kid on the block! Now will someone bring back my hood hibachi? I miss them so much.

Love tropical smoothie! Best combinations, can also customize your smoothie according to your taste. The food is very tasty. I’m so glad this location open.
The minus one star is for the staff Anita. I was sitting very close by and as the phone kept ringing she got very irritated and said «why they have to call in? can’t they just come in»?? And I thought to myself it makes more sense to call in, I’m sitting here listening to you getting upset at a customer who is just trying to place an order over the phone to avoid the long wait. And she was being very bossy towards the other staff, which was very loud and annoying. Not what I’d like to listen to while sitting in there.

They just opened but they know what they are doing! Always so nice and cheerful. I like the décor in this location better than the one in Reston and they have a great happy hour before 10am on weekdays. A++

I love this chain, but this location is painfully slow. They need to hire more employees for the lunch rush.

I enjoy the food but the staff are incompetent and need additional training. I say this after visiting multiple times. Your job is not that difficult…

I love this chain and was so excited when one opened up near my work. In the morning they’re EXTREMELY busy so I would recommend calling in your order if you’re in a hurry. The staff is very friendly and the space is very clean. They’re currently running a ‘happy hour’ special from 7−10am every morning which is probably why it’s so busy during that time. I recommend it to my coworkers all the time… enjoy!

I first tried Tropical Smoothie Café in Fayetteville, NC. Came home to Fairfax to realize that one had been placed in Fairfax Towne Center. I love their smoothies. I’ve only tried one of their foods, which was the Thai Chili Steak Taco. It was really good, but spicy at the same time. I enjoy the staff at this location, they are always cheerful and polite. I especially love that this location has HAPPY HOUR! Half price smoothies from 7am-​10am. So worth stopping by after a hard workout. Even without happy hour the prices aren’t unreasonable. You get HUGE smoothies for great prices. I cannot wait to continue trying out their menu.

I usually do half and smoothie which is half sandwich/​salad and full size smoothie. I tried the totally green today which was totally refreshing and delicious.
Thai chicken salad was nice and zingy with little spice. Perfect place for summer light lunches and smoothie refreshments.

I was a regular at this location, but calling in for an order was a total fail. I decided to call in because, I was annoyed of waiting for people to order. If you don’t know what to order, get out of the line! So placing a call I was on hold for 4 minutes. All I hear from the lady that answered my call, puts me on hold, to take orders from a person who was there at the restaurant. I got frustrated and hung up. Took too long and you should of had someone else take my order. You just lost a regular!

I’m so happy that a tropical smoothie café opened up near my place! Before I would have to drive all the way out to Centreville just to get it.
Staff here are really friendly and for whatever reason, the smoothie and the food tastes better here (don’t know why) compared to the one in Centreville where the staff aren’t as welcoming nor is the food that great there.

Since it has opened, I’ve basically come here about once a week because it’s so good! The décor inside the café is really cute and I love the color scheme. My favorite is the bahama mama, and the staff there are really nice too. I asked them to write «happy birthday» on the cup for my friend one time, and one of the workers drew balloons all over it and decorated it nicely and my friend loved it! Definitely check it out.

I am a regular at this tropical smoothie. My boyfriend and I go here for a quick bite to eat before we start our days. We really enjoy the south west breakfast wrap. The wrap contains, eggs, cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and their chipotle ranch sauce. It’s great!
As for smoothies, it’s always a tie between the island green or avocolada smoothie. My boyfriend is a big fan of the sunny day smoothie. Staff is friendly at this location, they always work hard getting orders out for everyone.
Tip: there’s added sugar in the smoothies but you can ask them to opt it out.

Went to this place while visiting some family in the area. It was a big hit. My kids loved the smoothies. So good. And I got a wrap and hubby got a sandwhich and both were delicious. It’s good to know we are eating food made fresh. Everything was very clean and tidy. A big plus! Not to mention the people working there were very helpful with suggestions. I would definitely go again! I’m adding this place to my list of must eat when I am in the area. We need one of these places in Jersey!!!

Great place! I had the spicy buffalo chicken wrap, and even though I normally don’t like spicy foods it was so delicious I devoured it!
Great prices, and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. ⁵⁄₅ stars. I’ll be back!
