Take 5 Boutique

I consider Take 5 Boutique a gem and a local treasure. My experience here was nothing short of perfect. Who needs to go to NYC to find unique and quality fashion when we have one in our backyard?
1. They exclusively carry some of Europe’s best designers. Some are runway pieces, and you won’t see them on your colleagues or friends.
2. Their customer service is great. They are inviting, courteous, caring and very honest. A lot of the boutiques can be snooty and pushy, but this husband/​wife team strikes the perfect balance of offering suggestions but also giving you space to make decisions on your own.
3. I love the aesthetic of the whole space. Any boutique that curates both fashion and art tells me that they have an appreciation for works of art, which I want my fashion to be.
4. They have many options for tailored pieces made of soft and gorgeous fabrics. As a professional, I am always looking for unique, wearable, and quality pieces. They also have a ton of gowns and dresses perfect for dinner parties, special events, and festive occasions.
5. Their jewelry selection is to die for. It’s all made of high quality material and beautiful stones. The designs are unique, you have to see it to believe it.
6. The pricing of most of their pieces, is reasonable, relative to the value you are getting. Pricing wise, it is on par with Intermix, Brooks Brothers, and Cusp (and even Ann Taylor for some tops-​just price/​not quality).
7. Last but not least, I am a big scarf collector (if there was such a thing). I put some of their Batik Silk scarves on the same level as Hermes scarves. The silk is a little heavier and very delicate, and the colors are gorgeous.
In short; amazing experience with a top-​notch staff, and beautiful aesthetic. Not only was everyone kind, helpful, and overall very good to me, but the store looks great and has an amazing selection of products. Worth checking out any day. Very pleased with my experience.
