This is my favorite Starbucks and one of the best that I’ve been to. It’s about a 5min drive from my workplace and has a drive thru which is very convenient. The drinks are consistent and in my experience this is the only Starbucks that will ask if you want your pastry warmed. Staff are friendly and professional.

Always, always, always long lines. High turnover. Not like other Starbucks locations in the area.

The reason why i gave 4 stars is because of their location. Other than that there aren’t too many downsides. As long as i get my coffe i’m happy:)

Glad they have drive– thru but the service is awful. Went twice this week and both times they got my order of white chocolate mocha frappucino with no whip, wrong. This morning, they asked me to pull around the corner and said they’d bring my drink out but 10 mins later, there was no one in sight. I had to park the car, go in and ask for my drink. Spent 20+ minutes just to get my drink.

It was typical Starbucks! Barista missed one of my extra express shots, but she was willing and perceptive to add it into my drink! Snacks are well stocked and appeared to be fresh. However they do seem like understaffed because line as forming and the barista was kind of getting overwhelmed by the amount of order that was coming in.

Have to say today’s experience at this location happened to be the worst and it started with Martina who waited on me. She needs retraining across the board. Usually service is quick, accurate and very good, unfortunately today was not the case. Martina was slow, and just didn’t seem to care about her customers. I ordered two things and got a $ 20 gift card. For starters, the gift card and the food/drink had to be two separate transactions even though I was paying cash for both. Second I ordered the food — a piece of pumpkin bread warmed and a grande hot chocolate, both I had had before. Well as she gave me change, she said, don’t forget the tip. For a second I didn’t know what she was talking about and then I saw the tip jar on the counter. I thought to myself, that was quite rude of her to remark about a tip. Ok, so my hot chocolate gets made and I pick it up and I’m waiting, and waiting and waiting for my pumpkin bread. Usually whomever takes your order takes care of the food and gives it to you right away. As I’m waiting for my food while holding my hot chocolate, Martina motions to a co-worker to take care of her food items. They are majorly behind and have 4 or 5 tickets waiting to be filled. Eventually I say something like what’s going on. Mind you I had been in the location for more than 10 minutes and had no one in front of me when I arrived. Never had a problem prior to this. Martina definitely needs some retraining or moved to a different job in this location. Not a good experience and definitely not typical of my experiences at Starbucks in general.

Bouquet Starbucks Coffee with a congested and weirdly configured(aka limited spacing and cars have the option to enter at different entry points) drive-thru. While the inside seating is a bit limited, this location has some great outdoor seating with one tented area. Plenty of free parking in the plaza too. A nice spot to unwind with your latte and pastry. Aside: Don’t drive too fast, or you might miss it.

Not the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too. They have a drive-through, but I don’t suggest using it unless you’re OK with running the risk of being stuck behind two cars, quite literally, for over 20 minutes. Not sure what takes that long, but it seems pretty commonplace here. When I absolutely need a fix, I will stop by here, but only to walk inside so that I can leave as freely as I came. The place at least seems pretty clean, and the coffee consistent. The staff usually seems unpersonable and much more interested in each other and their phones than the customer.

I’m not a coffee drinker at all. But I go for the muffins and treats. I recently got a gift card. So that’s why I went. I never go to Starbucks unless I get a gift card or well that’s the only time I go. So it like maybe once every year. lol. The other time I went there is because my sister wanted a ice coffee and I went there to get if for her and brought it back to her. But yeah. That’s my story for Starbucks. The employees are nice there, working hard from what I saw, and muffins are yummy. I have no need to go there unless I receive a gift card, and it’s not really my favorite place, but they are clean and good.

By far the worst Starbucks in Fairfax. Extremely slow both inside and in the drive thru. My drink is almost always wrong. If you wait inside the baristas virtually ignore you. Their system for sandwiches is all wrong. Expect to wait for a sandwich for at least 10 min when it takes all but 45 seconds in the oven. The only reason I come here is because it’s a drive thru. But any other Starbucks would get you in and out faster.

Nothing better than not having to get out of your car! Yes the line can be long at times but when you are looking to stay in your car it is well worth the wait. Especially when you have kids with you and you are not trying to get them in and out of the car. Friendly people and great service,

I can’t say I love this Starbucks for its drive thru… partially because I think the drive thru set up is a bit ridiculous. Not the concept it’s the layout of the drive thru. Really your going in a square. For me that’s not convenient especially on Fairfax boulevard or whatever that road is. Traffic is murder so you would think you would have an alternative route. Anyway…overall service and quality at this Starbucks is great haven’t had any messed up orders or slight confusions or if there has been they are efficient enough to to figure it out. But I don’t think I would go out of my way to get to this Starbucks it’s really a traffic issue. also it is a small space not really a place to hangout although the they do have umbrellas and chairs outside where there is a small patio.

I love going to this Starbucks! They have a drive thru! Their menu is very clean looking and all put together unlike some other Starbucks drive thru’s I’ve visited. Their staff is always very kind and they’re quick with orders. I don’t understand people who go to Starbucks and complain that they’re slow… Duh, this isn’t McDonlads where ur fries and burger are waiting for you under the heat lamp. It takes more than a minute to make your drink!

I’ve been coming here a couple times a week trying to give this place more chances. I’ve had some good baristas in the past, but the majority of the time I’ve had snotty, rude and inconsiderate cashiers, who have no idea what customer service is. They loudly and brazenly talk about the customers behind the counter, treat us like we’re idiots and give us dramatic teen eye rolls in case they weren’t rude enough. P. S. — your customers are not stupid. Most of us can tell the difference between skim and whole milk.

This Starbucks runs like a well oiled vehicle, no hiccups, no bumps. If they make a mistake or if you have anything reminiscent of a complaint, they will comp the beverage. No hassles. No headaches. I enjoy talking to the baristas. The management is awesome. One of my favorite Starbucks. Oh, and they have a drive-thru window! Score!

This is by chance the worst service I have gotten at a Starbucks store. It’s a Monday, at 2 in the afternoon, one person in front of me. That person is taken care, but the cashier walks away… Then when I finally take my order, they were goofing off. It took them over 3 minutes to get me an iced tall white mocha… really?! I don’t mind the wait when everyone there is a line and everyone is working. But I do have a problem when it is not busy, no line, the employees are horsing around. Worst service ever.

The coffee shop that is pretty much on every corner, but at least you know what you’re getting every time you go in there. I especially like this Starbucks because they have a drive-thru which means I don’t even have to get out of my car. When I got in line, there were about 5 cars in front of me, which I didn’t think was too bad, but they seemed especially slow on that day. It took almost 15 minutes for me to order and get my drink, which was way longer than I wanted to wait and I regretted my decision to be lazy and use the drive-thru instead of getting out of my car and just walking inside. Since it’s fall and I hadn’t been to Starbucks in a while, I felt obliged to order the Pumpkin Spice Latte. It’s been over a year since I’ve had that drink and I guess I forgot how sweet it was. I was pretty underwhelmed with that drink and it didn’t have the fall taste that I was looking for. Instead I felt like I was drink warm, orange, sugar water. That will be the last time I order that drink since it’s super expensive, super sweet, and super bad for you. Good thing Starbucks has lots of other options for us caffeine addicts or they have lost a customer.
