Such wonderful and warm people! Great at making you feel comfortable and easing you into the process. I think this is because she is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions honestly so that you know what to expect. In particular, she knows how to work with people with different skin tones and hair pigmentation. Even with relatively sensitive skin, I never had any issues with skin marks or burns.

I completed my laser treatments and then was moving towards the maintenance portion but when asked what I thought of the progress I informed her it wasn’t as great as I had hoped but I was optimistic. She preceeded to tell me I needed to stop looking so closely at my face because no one else does. A woman in her profession should know that it’s not about what others thunk but what I think of myself. If i see black hairs where there shouldn’t be then I will be affected. It’s not about others. For this I cannot go back. She told me to shave which gave me more hair for her to NOT be able to remove. Do not go to her!!! Plus, her husband was pushing me to help their daughter with her career but I felt like this was a personal visit and my office hours were not associated with this. I felt pushed. Informed him of where to get info but he kept insisting on pushing for info. Not professional at all.

Nice discreet location off the major street (RT 123); Añu was professional & knowledgable so I felt extremely comfortable being treated by her. There is slight pain involve when one deals with bikini line hair removal; however, the laser process slows down the hair regrowth. Having a monthly maintenance is required to keep the hair growth in check; that’s my only complaint about laser hair removal treatment. It’s the hair salon or hair removal. I chose hair salon.

Añu is the best! I’m of mediterranean heritage and we tend to be a hairy bunch. So, naturally, I’ve been to a number of laser/​electrolysis centers over the years. Some were good, and some were horrible (they actually burned me). Soft touch is definitely exceptional in every way. I’ve been going to Softtouch for a year now and Añu definitely knows her stuff! She is honest and realistic about what can and cannot be done. I was given excellent advice and I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying services I wasn’t comfortable with. Añu really cares about her clients and their results. Her prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend Softtouch.

I am very very happy with my experience here in Softtouch. I have seen good results after 5 sessions and decided to continue, but before, I decided to stop for 2 months to see how is the hair will grow. There is still hair and kind of bothering me, but it is much better than before I started the sessions with Añu. However, because of hormones problems my doctor discussed with me, I decided to take a break for couple of months then go back to Laser sessions for better results after we solve the issue with my hormones. I will defiantly go back to this center. Añu is very professional and she will never give you bad advice. She is very honest unlike many places I knew where they don’t care about their patients, just making money. She will tell you if Laser will work with you or not; she will give you recommendations and advise. She simply care about her costumers which I really like. Very recommend this place.

I’m only on my third treatment, but after trying laser at other centers, I know I’ve finally found the one that works! Añu is honest and patient – she spends time with you during the consultation as well as before each treatment to review progress and what’s best for your skin type. I’m really glad I found her, because I know previous places I’ve tried treated me like just another customer, where here I feel like she really cares about my results and doing each procedure the right way. I know one of her clients even comes from out of state! Which is definitely worth it for the comfort, trust, and results I’m getting. I’d do the same.

I wanted to have laser hair removal done, but I didn’t want to use one of the online coupon sites. I looked into laser removal centers with good reviews and found this place, which is a convenient location for me. The staff was kind and friendly. Añu did all 6 treatments and for the most part, they were no more than 20 minutes with very little pain. During the treatments, I was for the most part, satisfied with my experience.
However, after about 4 months, most of the hair that was supposedly permanently removed returned. It pretty much looks the same as it did before I paid $ 900 for 6 treatments. When I approached the staff about this, they said they’ve never had this problem before in the past 7 years they’ve been operating. I would think that because they haven’t had this issue, they’d be more inclined towards customer satisfaction. But the only option that was offered was to have me pay for even more sessions, which I would definitely not do at this facility. I would not recommend this to my friends or any other potential customers for laser hair removal.

Softtouch laser is the best laser hair removal in the area! I have very little tolerance for pain and I still think that it much more tolerable than waxing. The results are FANTASTIC. Some people just can not get laser hair removal depending on their skin/​hair coloring, so perhaps that’s what the negative review came from. For me, the results are fantastic, the location and office is beautiful, and Añu is a pleasure to work with! HIGHLY recommended!!!

Softtouch Laser has given me hope again! I saw the sign from the road and decided to call and go in for a consultation. Añu was friendly and quite professional. She knows her stuff! I have seen amazing results after only 6 treatments. I really lost faith after the last Laser treatment center I went to, but Añu has made me believe in myself again. She always tells me to keep a positive attitude, and in doing so, I have received the results I always desired. She continues to thrive and introduce new products and services, which I will take full advantage of after my laser treatment. I strongly recommend Softtouch Laser, it’s worth going in for a consultation. Softtouch = Results!

The location is close to GMU and was clean which was very important to me. The staff is nice and explains everything throughly. Getting on the appointment schedule can be a little tricky but you have to be flexible. The laser hair removal treatments were as expected in terms of discomfort. My only reservation is that the hair removal result was not very good. After several sessions I still had much of my hair growing back in the treated areas. Perhaps the laser setting is too weak but I had already paid for the sessions, ugh. Soft Touch may work for you and your skin type but I will try treatments elsewhere.
