Peggy helped sell our condo in Falls Church and we are so happy we chose her as our realtor. She knows her stuff and she had our back from start to finish. We were initially not sure about hiring staging for the condo but Peggy convinced us it would be worth it and I really do think it made a difference in the end. She kept us informed at every step and even got us a back up offer so we were able to negotiate the best price. We highly recommend Peggy & Frankly Realty.

Peggy is just simply amazing! She has been always here for me when I was looking to rent, sending listings of the house, contacting landlords (as I wanted to have a home daycare in the house), and always making time to show properties to me. She is very prompt with answering emails and phone calls, and always flexible and available to show properties. Even now, when I am just getting ready to buy a house, but not ready yet, she is always here for me. Don’t go further and contact Peggy Yee if you are ready to buy your dream home!

We worked with Peggy this summer to purchase our new home for our growing family. Peggy was great! Though we found our house very quickly, we had a lot of roadblocks to closing with home inspection issues. Peggy helped us navigate through those issues to a successful and happy conclusion. Peggy is hardworking, very responsive, and also very patient. Home buying can be an emotional and very stressful process, and Peggy definitely helped to walk us through the process. We’d definitely recommend her and would use her again.

Entirely unethical treatment as a listing agent. No communication. I’d have offered tens of thousands more on a place but because she handles business poorly the family lost out. I needed to move in so I was desperate. I made all my intentions clear of what I was willing to offer. I have NO IDEA what she was thinking. I was also the first bid on the place and was informed I’d have preferential treatment but I was not notified of anything. I would give zero stars if possible.
