We use Dr. Browne and are very, very happy with how professional and understanding they are. They really try to work with you to develop a plan to conceive. I had issues with other clinics about age(was only 33 at the time). They assured me on the age issue. I never felt that I was a «baby mill». I liked how efficient they were with appointments in the AM. When I lost my 2nd child, I was comforted greatly by the nurses who shared their experiences of loss with me. I was very impressed with how professional and kind Dr. Browne was when I had my ectopic. It took a lot for us to conceive, but those are *my* issues and I am not going to use a review to blame a Dr for them. We ended up being very successful with SGFC. I have recommended them to many friends who have had many, many issues with other clinics like Dominion and they have also been happy with their experiences. Infertility is a business, but it is also a very hard, personal issue and they«got» that, something other clinics like Dominion never got. Insurance covered our IUI’s. The confusing thing was that you had to call the insurance company that then had to get an authorization to cover the treatments. SGFC handled this very efficiently with me and even called me to let me know that they could now do the treatments. In a nutshell, I would not have my beautiful daughter if I had not gone here and I credit Dr Browne for that. She was born in 2012. We will be going back to Dr. Browne in 2014 for our second child. ETA on 9÷23÷2013, we are currently in the process of going back for our second child. The office has expanded since I was there originally and the new look gives it a more sterile feel. I liked the other look as it made you feel more welcome. Now having said that, I still like Dr. Browne and am glad we are working with her again. ETA on 11÷5÷2013: I have had some«issues» with their new front desk help. I called once and was placed on hold for 15 min and forgotten. Hung up and called back and got my questions answered. But I really should not have been placed on hold for 15 min and forgotten.
