I’ve come here dozens of times in the last year and never had a complaint, but the last three visits the delay in getting food has been obscene. Also they seem to be making changes to the layout which is cutting out tables. They’re full long before noon. I won’t be coming back for a while.

Centreville, VA
I live in Centreville but I go to this location more often than the one closer to my house. They always have more selection for pastries and efficient service.
Note to management:
got EXCEPTIONAL service from ELISE for today’s visit. She was very pleasant and accommodating. I made a mistake ordering hot latte when I actually wanted blended ice. Without hesitation she gave me the drink I wanted.

Oceanside, CA
This panera is usually swamped but at 120 on Wednesday we got in and though the line in less than 5 minutes. Our food was correct even with modifications as well as hot and tasty.
I highly recommend the autumn squash seasonal soup if you like a sweet squash soup. Complete with pumpkin seed topping. This trip I would say a solid 4 only lacking one star for cleanliness of the floor. The food and service was great.
