I would not recommend using the lab on the third floor at this location. I’ve been there several times and the female lab technician is intolerable. I drove a long ways In a lot of traffic to get to my appointment. I called to let them know I would be late. When arriving to the facility, the parking was terrible. I circled round and round with 4 other cars desperately looking for a space. When I got to the lab the receptionist spoke to the lab technician about my arrival. I could hear her saying, «she was suppose to be here at 9:30.» He came back and wanted to reschedule me for a 15 minute procedure. It is amazing, knowing that the facility has out grown the parking lot, that you would not fit in a heart patient that communicated with you, and did everything in my power to get there for an important test. I knew from previous experiences with this lab, not late just overall attitude that would probably be the case. I hoped that I was wrong, but no the feelings I already had were right! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! The doctors are very nice.
